Don S (ca) wrote: An average comedy where the men behave as buffoons and the women ogle ripped guys instead of their husbands. No laughs for me though the ladies all look really good. Nothing special here at all. Typical sophomoric jokes and situations. Barely passable.
Farah R (ru) wrote: There's nothing special about this movie. Another cliche romantic comedy about a middle aged woman looking for love.
Sina L (jp) wrote: This was pretty good. I thought Kimberly Elise did an awesome job of portraying this difficult character. The story is painful to watch but also offers hope at the same time. Powerful, a must see.

Mikael K (ag) wrote: A movie about a housewife who decides to take a break from he dull family life after getting lost on a tourist trip. She ends up in Venice and befriends some local bohemians, eventually realizing her own potential. Bread and Tulips? is a nice but oh so very clich (C)d and predictable story of individual growth and the opression normative family life imposes on women. I like the ideas and the goals of the film, and it's nicely sympathetic, but it doesn't really rise above its basic premise at any point.

This is some excuse my french bullshit. The movie, ehh it is what it is. you want to see heroic kids defying the odds well here ya go. It's just some revisionist crap. Teaparty wet dream.
Wes L (gb) wrote: Rosie O'Donnell is a terrible actress in my opinion. Whoever gave these cops guns are idiots. A few laughs here and there but overall a very stupid movie. Ended terribly. Madeline Stowe acts like a bitch yet Richard is desperate to get back with her. If some of the scenes were not completely ludicrous it would of been such a bore. Unlovable characters make for an unlovable movie.
