Jeremy M (ag) wrote: Best documentary I have seen in a long time. Fantastic.

Eduardo H (ag) wrote: This movie could use some tweaking. It seemed like those teen horror films, and it seemed like it tried to be scary, but tried to hard.

Spencer H (ca) wrote: Shooter's a pretty bad ass film, Mark Wahlberg gives his everything in this movie and it's quite rewarding.

Brendan R (jp) wrote: Too many side stories, too many that didn't seem necessary, too much left unresolved at the end of the movie. Mostly it seemed like a lot of shock value.

Russ B (ag) wrote: 8/20/3015: Meh. Nothing great or memorable about this film. Wouldn't want to watch it again.

Ilja S (ca) wrote: Even more mindless and stupid than the first one, xXx State of the Union plays like a joke. Unenjoyable and boring.

Marco F (jp) wrote: If I have a pet peeve about films, it's the ones that are hateful to a specific person or group of people and do nothing to justify hate towards that entity- it's just done in an attempt to add entertainment value to the movie. This is especially the case with SAVING SILVERMAN. This is a shockingly bad film- a hateful, misogynistic enterprise that shows a lot of hate towards women, especially Amanda Peet, who is humiliated in this movie and these repulsive idiots treat her so badly (which is especially terrible because it serves no purpose to the story, she is treated badly for their own amusement) and as an audience member, I felt really unclean. Did they think that was going to be funny? Peet is also miscast- she's too nice to play a woman that vile. This is an atrocious, brainless and tasteless excuse for entertainment- I hated this movie.

Nonya B (it) wrote: I get lost in this movie every time I see it for it's so hot, sexy, and steamy I can watch this flick over and over again and never get tired of it.

John M (au) wrote: An epic slab of mid-60's cheese, with nihilist youths in hot rods tormenting the straightest of all possible American families. The women cast in this are almost impossibly awfully overwrought in any scene at all. The straight-shootin' he-men are alternately speechifying about them crazy kids and shaking their heads sadly at the state of the nation. The final film of the super-fantastic John Brahm, who should have been allowed to go out with a more horrific note.

Ale S (br) wrote: Excelente comedia, Rock Hudson como el hipocondriaco George es genial.

STCENTERPRISE (ru) wrote: I thought that the film was very good. It presented the difficulties of flying very well. Even though you could tell when planes were models or no models the film does a great job of making the models look believable. The acting was very good and believable. The story was very well written. I liked the ending to the film with a double sided coin to determine the ending of the film. I enjoyed the film and would highly reconmend the fil to others.

Dann M (ca) wrote: Born to Kill. From director Stanley Kubrick comes the nihilistic Vietnam War film Full Metal Jacket. The story follows a marine as he goes through basic training and does a tour in Nam as a war correspondent for Stars and Stripes. Unfortunately the storytelling is weak and disjointed, and uses randomly inserted voice-over, delivered ham-fistedly by Matthew Modine, to try to tie everything together. None of the performances are especially good, aside from R. Lee Ermey; whose performance as a drill sergeant has become iconic. However, Kubrick's directing is impressive, and features some incredibly evocative imagery. Yet without a compelling story, Full Metal Jackets ends up falling flat.

Alfredo S (nl) wrote: A laughable attempt to bring a great Japanese icon to the American audiences

Michael W (it) wrote: Updated doing of the Dickens' classic has Bill Murray as ruthless tv executive. Big studio Christmas production that rings hollow and lacks any true 'spirit', with Murray often overacting. Murray's brother John appears as his brother in the film. Surely must have seemed like a good idea on paper but laughs are scant.
