(it) wrote: This movie is the antidote to those who have been concerned about the myths being propagandized by the environmentalists against fracking technology. The most impressive aspect of the movie for me is that the movie makes clear that the environmentalists have no concern about misrepresenting facts in order to promote their ideology. As one revealing scene in the movie clearly demonstrates, when Josh Fox is forced to admit that he falsely claimed that fracking caused water from a faucet to catch fire in Dimock, in his Gasland film, his reply to Phelim Mcaleer question is that "it is not relevant." I guess if one's primary concern is to propagandize an ideology in defiance of reality, then facts are not relevant.

(gb) wrote: This is a well written, funny and witty independent film. It has a great cast with a fabulous performance by sexy & sassy Jill Hennessy. Chutney Popcorn deals with a lesbian relationship, a baby named Chutney and an unusual extended ethnic family that can survive anything including confusion, craziness, acceptance & love. Great jokes and gay humor! Sweet & romantic lesbian love scene (with lots of skin) between Nisha Ganatra and Jill Hennessy. My favorite funny scene involves Nisha, Jill, a plastic shower cap, yellow rubber gloves and a fuzzy turkey baster. You must see this film!

(it) wrote: Roman Polanski flick that is generally highly regarded in the horror/thriller camps. The movie revolves around a young woman Carol who lives with her sister but is very shy and unsociable. The movie is very slow but because of how the movie was shot i can kind of understand why people liked, especially back in 1965 when it was released. As the movie plods along we come to realize that Carol has some past trauma that has made her the way she is and by the end of the film you come to realize what it was that happened. Problem is for me the movie doesnt really hold up and much of it doesnt make sense as there is no real way to distinguish reality from fantasy.4/10

(us) wrote: It wasn't a terribly crafted film, but the script could have stuck to the original myth to make it better. Actually, it was sort of annoying how they picked out parts to keep with the original, but embellished upon the story in ways that subtracted from the movie. In any case, it was still nice to see Herakles minus the blonde hair and Disney-like charm.
