Plus, the gunfires were few, due to the low budget i guess, and made it really poor. We never saw the, so anticipated, orgy with the 2 big breasted chicks. Last but not least, the main actor didn't used katana, a must have weapon in B/C/D/ or even F movies like this.

Nick P (es) wrote: The visuals on the back of the box were so much prettier than the visuals in the film itself. This film was just utterly boring. I'd like to say that the director has potential, but I think all the credit has to go to the art designer, or even makeup artists. I was really looking forward to getting creeped out tonight, but this movie failed to do so. Now I go to bed and have no horrifyingly brilliant nightmares to look forward to.

Abel D (au) wrote: Utterly surreal, wildly imaginative and often profound, this 2006 anime gem is one of animation's greatest inventions. Indeed, you can see the seeds of 'Inception' here, though played up in a more colourful and often darkly comic manner by comparison to Nolan's film.

Nicki M (es) wrote: Original rating of 3 stars holds after rewatch. Hadn't seen this one since the 90's. It's a patchy 80's film with some fun fashions and situations, but it's not amazing. Melanie looks much better with the black wig on, too, I have to say. The short blonde hair is horrific!

Brad S (us) wrote: This is a pretty decent thriller from John Huston featuring an all-star cast of Bogart, Bacall and Robinson, and add to that one of the supporting actresses, Claire Trevor, won an Oscar for her role. Some regular folks are trapped in a hotel with gangsters while a Hurricane threatens them all. Not the best Bogart film, but I liked it and would recommend it.
