Dana A (br) wrote: I was really liking this movie until the end where we got to the twist. Then it just became confusing and didn't make any sense at all. It created so many holes in the plot and was a copout. Expect for the ending it was an interesting thriller wit great perfomances and not over-the-top grafic.

James L (ru) wrote: Mildly entertaining with a frustrating storyline that seems to lack coherence ; I don't recommend this film unless you have an affinity for all things Louisiana and even then it's nearly unbearable like Louisiana heat !

Francis S (fr) wrote: I saw the film this week. Very interesting. I didn't know about Mrs Guerin, I am trying now, after seeing the film, to get some more information about her, but I think she is an extraordinary person. The Irish people could be proud of her.

Brian C (us) wrote: Awesomely funny...parody of film noire with a witty script. Ok that acting is atrocious, but it is so fun

Jens S (mx) wrote: While not as entirely crazy and hilarious as their Naked Gun films, this comedy by the Zucker, Abrahams, Zucker team still shows some trademarks of the same kind of humor: wonderfully ditsy main characters, fights with kitchen utensils and plenty of mix-ups. While Frank Drebin's adventures are more like a 90 minute collection of gags, the plot here is actually quite smart and make use of all of its characters and the chaos that entails. Bette Midler is particularly funny and outshine her two kidnappers easily. The clever solution to the entire confusion is also quite clever. Soundtrack and look of the film make it a perfect example of the 80s comedy that may not have aged well but still have that particular charm and the jokes still work years later.

Jarrin R (fr) wrote: At first I was not a big fan of this movie because it moved kind of slow, but it in turn moved me. The story is woven almost seamlessly, and the acting is of a diffrent caliber when it comes to the leads. There are uncomfortable close ups and spanning wide city shoots, no angle is missed and neither can this film be.

John Eric D (it) wrote: Solomon Kane is such a badass that he was like a one man savior. Cinematography is very impressive which to the extent it can be seen in the line of The Lord of the Rings Trilogy or maybe and it can be as one of the best fantasy epics we have seen in years. Very surprising and very impressive. Not bad at all.
