Anyway, this documentary focuses on Ron Jeremy's search and pursuit of happiness through recognition of his work... and I believe that this documentary only adds to Jeremy's trophy of of his pursuit into mainstream as porn has, for decades, tried.

Erin S (es) wrote: This movie is really good in that it takes people and puts them in roles they are not envisioned to EVER play. Tim Allen is an AWESOME hitman! The plot seems simple at first but becomes more complex as the story goes. Great caper fun.

Keith K (ru) wrote: not much of a point to this film... the inevitability of then ending is apparent from the beginning of the film, a sorry excuse for a "taboo" film to get made. the bleached out colors of the film also took away from the films dramatic weight. really not that good of a film.

You would not believe the hatred I have towards that select five minutes of film. Aside from that, The Dream Master has it's major ups and downs. Ups involve Lisa Wilcox, Freddy's best makeup job to date, and some truly likable characters. Downs include Renny Harlin, the oft-times cliche dialogue (I can slightly forgive it as it was the 80s, but still), and some weak performances from supporting players. Oh, and the Roach Motel sequence, but I think I already stated my "dislike" of that scene. Fucking roaches.
