Alex W (de) wrote: I love this movie and the atmosphere that it creates it's just so perfect. But it needs to be on netflix

Matheus A (it) wrote: Loved it!! Megan Fox you are my angel!! I just liked so much this type of drama and it's the perfect character for her... you just got to love Megan!

John T (br) wrote: This was pretty good. You see the same story told from several different points of view. Christopher Walken is highly entertaining in this. In the end a little black girl makes the main characters realize what they're doing is wrong. Very simplistic but well spoken. I liked this one. .

Brandon S (ca) wrote: Richard Donner directs with power and efficiency, and its his talent paired with Wenk's script that brings it to a level beyond your typical buddy cop movie. The performances are fantastic also. Bruce Willis is his usual hardened self, minus the biting sense of humor, but keep your eyes on Mos Def. He's the real star.

Michael M (br) wrote: It had been awhile since I've watched this. Still comedy gold despite people overkilling "You're my boy Blue!" years ago.

Erin F (es) wrote: I found this movie somewhat confusing but i loved how it was bilingual (who knew Jeremy Irons spoke such sexy French?).

Angela S (ca) wrote: Pretty damn depressing.

Nam N (ag) wrote: Christopher Lloyd is the awesome!

J W (ca) wrote: The 80's was just not a good time to superimpose modern culture on a western. I'm sure people enjoyed this movie at the time (I did), but it is nearly unwatchable now.

Alyn D (au) wrote: This is an intense film, while watching it, I recommend slowly getting drunk with the main, (and only) character, as he himself losses all control. It is NOT just a filmed play, there is real technique here which makes it JUST interesting enough to be fascinating.

Kevin M (gb) wrote: In memory of the man who seemed to have a lot of the intangible quality known as "Soul", here is Isaac Hayes' crowning achievement. Here, he delves deep into the character of former football star turned bounty hunter Mack "Truck" Turner. His funky theme song gets things underway like one of Turner's morning slugs of Colt 45. True to the Method, Hayes appears to be piss-drunk throughout this film as he chugs beers and dispatches pimps throughout Los Angeles. He's also got a wisecracking smooth partner and a girlfriend behind bars, but they only serve to be jeopardized once LA's pimps have a sit-down to discuss their shortages. At the head of them all is Dorinda, depicted with maximum teeth-gnashing and scenery chewing by Nichelle Nichols from "Star Trek". Every line out of her mouth is quotable and very offensive. Yaphet Kotto also shows up and has a death scene that must have been guest-directed by Luis Bunuel. There no doubt that TT is borderline racist and might have been the tipping point that led to the NAACP condemning the "Blaxploitation" genre to an early grave. As a result, this film is more of a cultural oddity than a genuine classic like "Shaft".

Arseniy V (ru) wrote: Well whaddaya know, a surprisingly believable global warming picture from 1962!

Diego B (ca) wrote: Classic 80's movie but hard to compare with the other sci-fi movies. (Ghostbusters, Star Wars, etc.)

Caitlin L (fr) wrote: Love Kate and Anne together in this movie. The hijinks are hysterical.

Peter N (it) wrote: Typical combination of great visuals and exciting action sequences with a horrendous story and uninspired acting.

Marco R (fr) wrote: it is an amazing movie with turns but really good

Era M (es) wrote: La primera vez que la vi me parecio lo mas absurdo y aburrido de mi vida, pero mi vida era un asco y con el paso del tiempo logro ver la obra maestra que se ha creado.
