Surajit Kumar M (ru) wrote: The 1st 40 minutes was a laugh riot...then the plot gets slower and not that much funny..but still a nice time pass movie...made for younger audience..if only Saif was not that much irritating, the movie wud have been better...

Jamie M (kr) wrote: Toooo much suspense music !!

Fabio L (ca) wrote: the movie was still enjoyable for me.

Arash B (mx) wrote: Nothing original, Nothing deep or meaningful, A cliche action movie, But at least it's not annoying and has some good action scenes, The thing I can't understad is the reason why the first action scenes are much better than the last ones

Andrew L (ru) wrote: Very un-funny comedy with some good ideas that have been poorly executed. Random and pointless storyline involving the brilliant Dick van Dyke as an evil ex-security guard that doesn't really go anywhere. Ben Stiller is extremely annoying and he has a terrible habit of bursting into hyper-active fits whenever he tries to be funny. Ricky Gervais is worse. I don't know why people find him funny and I'm sure the Americans with their lust for loud slapstick/toilet humour will not know what to make of him. His method seems to be to forget the script and attempt to ad-lib, but in very tiresome fashion. Scenes are overly long and drawn out. The only decent scenes involve cameo's from Steve Coogan and Owen Wilson as a bickering Roman General and Cowboy (respectively). This is a very lacklustre film that never really gets going in all of it's 90minute run time.

Vincent P (fr) wrote: All the elements are here and they could have worked... but as presented, they're overwrought, hammy or ridiculous (or a combination of all three). And the only remotely scary scenes are those that lift the white-faced Pazuzu makeup from the 1973 movie and plaster that face on this cast.Exorcist: The Beginning is definitely the better prequel. Occasionally the studio heads do know what's up. There's nothing wrong with telling a straight-forward tale. It's preferable to getting bogged down in a metaphysical, pseudo-art house mess.

Hafi K (ca) wrote: Way much better than I expected it to be.

p b (au) wrote: A typical Dudikoff flick. This is what he usually did. Nothing much to lift your eyebrows for. But it's sometimes funny to see a shitty movie, and his usually work fine.

Willem W (au) wrote: This is a cute movie. Very clever and funny. I also must admit that when I was a teenager, I had the hots for Jobeth Williams.

Hobie P (fr) wrote: Its not great but worth a watch for slasher fans of the 80's.

girlybat h (us) wrote: classic Chevy Chase! so fun and stupid--just enjoy the ride. =)

House M (it) wrote: Patrick Dewaere was an exceptional actor and this was definitely one of his best performances. Blier did a terrific script and the directing. The ending is very powerful. A must see essentially for Dewaere performance.

Lucas Augusto C (mx) wrote: Bright, comical and agile, "Sleeper" is the most delicious and exciting work of Woody Allen, who geniamente directs, co-writes and acts in another great spectacular work of humor and satire in a desperate critique of modern Shot: technology and its effect on the passage of time. The movie also is in a futuristic vision of Woody Allen marked by a fantastic cast and a complex script. In one of his first films, even the directorial debut and the first experiments, Woody Allen brilliantly evolves into one of its reluctant works and one of his most preferred critical to human habits itself. Wonderfully hilarious!

Kevin M W (gb) wrote: Japanese movie, Japanese actors, Japanese sets and locations, so why does this film feel as if were shot on the Warner Brothers backlot? Yet it does AND like they did it, say, in the late 40's or early 50's. An arrogant young doctor learns humility thanks to charismatic elder sawbones. There's a ton of subplots too, and minor characters, but all in all still engaging.

Matt H (br) wrote: Wow, just...wow. Some screenwriter went through a bad divorce. I was hoping this movie would be like "Divorce, Italian Style," but it is so meanly misogynistic it takes out any of the possible "comedy" moments, the few that there are. I love Jack Lemmon, but he's just not very funny here. It's not his fault at all, but the script's. I thought the show Mad Men was overdoing it in its early episodes depicting how chauvinistic our culture was then (around the same time period) towards women in general, but for this movie to be just accepted into the culture of its time, it must have been even worse, yikes.

Joel A (gb) wrote: A really good attempt of showing Christianity trying to fit in the real world but unfortunately didn't really pull it off.Story of a Christian Guy bailing church after hypocrisy in the church & going to a very liberal college. The acting is a little so & so & the story isn't too bad it just doesn't really achieve much in the way of Christians really connecting with others. There where a few good scenes here & there but I found it a little unsatisfying.

Grant H (gb) wrote: Pretty bad movie. Devil's Due is a ripoff/combo of Rosemary's Baby and Paranormal Activity, although it's neither as scary nor thrilling as the two. It's slow, boring, unoriginal, but it does have some creepy and intense scenes, and the performances are pretty good, mostly from Miller.
