Zahid R (de) wrote: I tried to watch this film. I got about half an hour into it and then gave up. The action, fighting scenes were awful? I just couldn't stand it. I love Yash Raj film ( RIP) but I'm sorry but this wasn't for me.

SyL L (br) wrote: Most credits go to the actress, who did such a good monologue throughout the film.

Grant T (gb) wrote: hands down the best real rock documentary ever. when its all over, you're pumped about everything. made me want to go for a jog.

Aditya B (es) wrote: A beautiful movie.deserves to be Oscar Nominated.A movie that focus on a normal couples life rather than the community..Shows the importance of being united in desperate situations.A must watch

Rameshwar I (us) wrote: Strictly works by the charisma of its lead actor who manages to match the legend himself. Otherwise it is quite orthodox, rusty in its action sequences, melodramatic and downright corny at times.

Andrew B (us) wrote: you don't watch a terrence davies film you feel it, washed over in nostalgia

Anna T (mx) wrote: This certanly brought back memories - and loved every minute..! I wish they made cartoons like this these days; it is so polite and quite non-violent in comparison to today's cartoons. And the brother-sister thing just made it all more mushy :)

angel m (ru) wrote: I wish they still made movies this way .. the vintage home decore is like reflecting on my childhood hahahah It is a worth watch atleast one time I watched it 4 times today between cooking and cleaning had to restart it finnaly rilly watched it the fourth time and being molested by a horny computer is something that makes the normal person look twice ;p her acting was amazing for the storyline she pulled it off.... i was convinced that a woman could have a baby by any form of man .. will watch it again if they sell this in stores ill by it *

Michael M (es) wrote: If you like the Muppets and you dug the first "revival" movie you'll like this one too. Great cast, some funny moments, a few good song and dance numbers...and there you have it. I enjoyed this movie.

JJ M (ca) wrote: Not so sure about this. Seemed like it was all over the place but unlike Walkabout (another sharply edited Roeg film), there wasn't much return of coherence by the end. Another viewing is possibly essential.

Tiff M (fr) wrote: this is a great movie. great duo and great inspiring movie and if you put your mind to anything you can achieve it.

Carl M (de) wrote: A young girl helps to track down a sadistic killer after discovering that she has the ability to communicate with insects in Dario Argento's PHENOMENA. PHENOMENA lacks much of the stylistic flare that can be found in the director's earlier efforts, save for a few beautifully-shot yet brutally violent death sequences. Although it cannot technically be classified as a Giallo, many of the traits do resemble this Italian form of suspense thriller. Jennifer Connelly plays our young heroine in one of her earliest starring roles. She is convincing enough as Jennifer, but not nearly as enthralling as she could have been in the lead. Donald Pleasance also appears in a small but vital role as entomologist John McGregor, who provides several key pieces to the puzzle. PHENOMENA's greatest misstep is in its arbitrary ending, which really has no bearing on the events that preceded and hardly answers any of the motivations behind the first several murders. This detracts from an otherwise engaging and suspenseful murder mystery. PHENOMENA does provide a fair share of revolting gross-outs and shocking deaths, and while it may not be the best representation of Argento's work, it has certainly earned its place as a fan favorite for many Italian film buffs.
