(fr) wrote: some cliche "church movie-ish" moments but overall an inspiring look at the struggles of the Mormon pioneers
(es) wrote: It's meant to be tongue in cheek and not to be taken serious but it's so bad you need to avoid this at all costs!
(ca) wrote: A very good movie, though it's not really sure where to end and when it does, it's a bit off putting
(au) wrote: I don't get how this movie has such a bad rating.. I loved it. It took a while to get used to the stye of animation, but it's a great movie for anyone interested in sci-fi and/or animation.
(de) wrote: Penelope Cruz gives an explosive performance.
(gb) wrote: This film really, really tries to give us a unique Alien experience but fails due to cliches and a boring plot. Props to the cast and their off-beat characters.
(br) wrote: A cheesy fantasy horror film that holds up better than others of series because of its quirky humour and inventive effects. The story is pure nonsense but that's not necessarily a bad thing. Julian Sands camps it up for this sequel and is fun villain, how else do you play it ? Stand out scene is Julian's 'birth-' arriving fully grown from his poor mortal mum.
(jp) wrote: Good effects and the acting isn't bad, but long empty spaces of film make puppet master II a bit of a bore.
(au) wrote: Another cheesy 80's horror movie that I love. It's got really bad acting and everything but, still it is a fun movie from my childhood.
(ru) wrote: Its one of the few truly anti-war films. DePalma's direction and Rabe's screenplay are both equally furious at the environment that allowed these types of awful things to occur.
(us) wrote: Garbage movie. Depressing, nothing happens, main character has no redeeming qualities.
