Duchovny and Graham Phillips have an interesting relationship and dynamic. Farmiga is weird but likable. While the film didn't carve any new territory narratively, it was well shot with great production design, lighting and cinematography. And the music was interesting and unexpected. I can see why this film didn't connect with some people, but overall it worked for me.

Alex S (kr) wrote: As heartbreaking as it is inspiring, Finding Forrester is that rare inspirational movie that uses some clichs but abandons most. With good chemistry between the two leads and a great cameo from Matt Damon, Finding Forrester is a satisfying experience, even if its run time runs a bit too long

Liam C (ru) wrote: I used to watch this all the time when I was a child but it was not until I watched it again years later that I realized how strange this film is, when it started I just looked at the scenario and its very off putting, strange and just plain weird! I am not going to hold it against my rating of the movie but it was just so weird, although I never really thought about it after a few minutes. Nevertheless, I found it quite enjoyable and charming for what it was, it was well animated, short and very funny, the cats were a laugh riot. The audience rating baffles me so.
Aj V (kr) wrote: I saw most of this on TV one day a long time ago, I got to see the great part with Emilio Estevez and the video arcade! It was so cool, but I want to see the rest of the movie!
