Frankie Go Boom is quite an annoying little movie from beginning to end; everything about it just rub me the wrong way. One of those movies in which the bad outweighs the good.

Ine N (mx) wrote: Even thought the love story between Li and Loong is a bit boring in the middle of the movie, the ending is just so sweet. Or too good to be true, as ppl say. :)

Eric H (us) wrote: I saw this movie on netflix. I went in having never heard of Phil Ochs, I came out feeling true emotion about his life and his plight. Kenneth Bowser did an excellent job of telling the story in a way that is both appealing and accessible to most

Radek C (nl) wrote: i'm all for Michael Moore, despite his selfrighteousness and the fact that he gets a bigger applause than Eddie Vedder ;) after all, he's a master of documentary and what's even more important - he holds strong beliefs, he speaks his mind and doesn't need any cue cards. But one thing really bothers me - if he truly is so patriotic and so compassionate towards all the victims of Bush administration, why didn't he do this tour pro bono? I'm sure Moore's well-off enough to afford a month touring round US, encouraging slackers of all states to rush to polling places - and to vote for Democrats. A little charity action for the greater good. Anyway, there's not much content in this documentary, yet it's powerful enough to grab your atention.

Jen M (it) wrote: For being a movie in French, it is pretty good. I don't normally like watching movies I have to read but this one, in my opinion, was super.

chris a (kr) wrote: A fun film but when it comes to reviewing, it doesn't have many good qualities less Steve Martin. Otherwise the acting is dull, the script forgettable, and over the top silly.

Ashif K (ag) wrote: This movie was just as great as the first one more funny scenes more character dialogue and a better storyline.

Jason C (au) wrote: Couldn't even make it through this movie. Great cast, but the story was super boring and very drawn out. It took almost 90minutes to make any headway. By then you could tell where it was going to go for the next 45minutes! And let me just say it didn't seem worth wasting another hour on.

Lambert S (gb) wrote: Excellent fast-paced 80s action. Spoiled by the dubbing. Better to watch the French Version on subtitles. Diva and La Balance were better though.

John P (ru) wrote: It's really sad when the best part of your movie is a minstrel act.

Allan C (br) wrote: The lesson here is "Listen to Tarzan and do not try to steal gold from Amazons." Another lesson might be that nine Tarzan movies might have been a few too many.

Austin C (gb) wrote: 1 star = kept me on the edge of my seat the whole movie. 1 star = acting. 1/2 star = the cinematography and pace were good at some parts and distracting at others. 1/2 star = story. Was interesting till the end, but then the end sucked. Could of ended it with a decent conclusion but decided to drag it out what felt like forever. No star = i might watch it again, for the fun suspenseful thrill ride, but I wouldn't recommend it. = 3/5 stars
