Fred G S (ca) wrote: This actors in the film gave it major potential. Unfortunately this film was produced by those who get ENTIRELY too deep into film production. This is a very frustrating watch as there is no plot and it meanders around to an ending that makes entirely no sense at all. I could get off into a bunch of metaphorical blather about how this scene matched another and how things were interconnected and how the screen shots, use of color, foreshadowing etc.............save your time and rent something else. p.s. I can't remember when I heard the F word used so frequently, an old Richard Pryor stand up routine, or a nasty porno movie (I haven't watched any of that filth in over a decade). They used this word almost as frequently as 'and'; this too made this movie un-enjoyable to me.

Valentina N (jp) wrote: if I didn't know this was a Rolf de Heer film [Ten Canoes/The Tracker], I don't think I would have lasted past the cling film scenes. However, I liked it. I think he's a really clever film maker. Good at portraying what is to many, the flip side of life, but a reality for many more.

cody f (gb) wrote: A nice little film about a British nuclear scientist who is driven mad by his work and threatens to blow up London if England doesn't stop making Nuclear weapons. Really well put together and intense. There are alot of great shots of London evacuated. They handle the mad bomber (Barry Jones) very well. He is very sympathetic and the film delivers a good message. All British people are mad and want to bomb London. Lesson Learned.
Ryan W (nl) wrote: First Vhs tape found I'll give a 3.5 cause that girl was creeeepy. 2nd was kind of boring but the ending kind of saved it so I'll give it a 2.5 for alright. 3rd one, the 4 people weren't very likable characters because they annoyed me, however as the story progressed it got a bit better 2.5. 4th one had me watching til the end but I felt they could have ended it after the creepy ghost kids were there 3. The main story ends with a rather scary outcome and I'm willing to give it a 3.5 and the final video shown is very suspenseful and near terrifying. I'll give it a 4. This give the film an overall average of 3.1 which begs to question if I give it the nearest 3 or bonus marks to a 3.5. Considering 3 out of 5 were above decent and only two were somewhat mediocre, I'm giving it the 3.5 I feel it deserves.
