Gabriel A (gb) wrote: I heard good things about this one but it turned out to be your typical IFC artsy fartsy bullshit. I respect the intentions of this film but I do not find anything interesting about minute long, lingering shots of a kid walking in a field of long grass or close ups on this kid in the shower with his head down and water dripping off of him in slow motion. This would of worked as a short subject film. In fact, maybe it was. Gus Van Sant however, decided to stretch out the length with "artistic" slow motion shots.

Jessica C (br) wrote: One of the worst films I have ever seen not because of just the story but because ever element if the film is simply terribly done. I rented it thinking that with Gary Oldman, Kate Beckinsale and Matthew McConanghey that it would be worth giving it a shot, but even with such talented actors (remember Matthew did make some good movies before this) it was a sinking ship from the first lines uttered. I measure all movies based on how it compares to this film "it's not as bad as Tiptoes."

You kicked ass in this film... as did Danny Glover. The setting is awesome with a not too far in the future overheated LA and a crazy Gary Busey on the loose chasing after you.Loved the movie... very different from the original... but why I truly did enjoy it's darker side to the Predator franchise.

Como pelicula es muy mala, pero lo que la salva es la buena musica de Paul. Solo para fanaticos
David L (us) wrote: An Andalusian Dog is confusing and it lacks any plot or cohesion, but it is also an iconic, very memorable, groundbreaking, notorious, audacious and even intense mix of unrelated images and sequences which are confusing, but which will get stuck in your head due to their originality, boldness and artistry. It is probably the most iconic short film for a reason - it is a revolutionary, engaging, artistic and disturbing trip that does not make sense, but is an entirely authentic and glorious feast for the eyes.
