Kathleen B (ru) wrote: It was a delightful French rom-com. Sure there are mix-ups, but they're sweet. Our heroine is a beauty, and our hero....well we can't say anything about him. You'll have to wait to see who he is! We really enjoyed....and yes, we are Francophiles!
Mark W (kr) wrote: Terrible movie. Complete mess of a film, dry narration, lame acting. Just a flaccid, boring attempt at something "quirky". I had a really hard time taking any of these characters seriously. The whole film feels like a satire of a Lifetime movie, right down to the intensely unlikeable, narcissistic, paper thin lead woman... written by a man.Should the main character take responsibility for her own actions? Nah, she's a pretty woman, she can do whatever she wants. /sarcasmAnd what about the girl at the end who confesses her love to the leading man? I guess screw her, right? /sarcasmAnd what the hell is with the serial killer? Just shoehorned into the plot for no reason. Completely superfluous. Not to mention that by the time his plot resolves, our lead protagonist has committed vehicular manslaughter with no real consequences. But that's ok because she's pretty... right? /sarcasmThis film didn't need to be made, and it shows. Sonic youth should sue the production staff for besmirching the name of their great album.Despite all this, I still think Kat Dennings is very pretty. But I think that's the point.
Gabriel G (ag) wrote: A superb portrait of the "Jitsuroku reng sekigun", a Japanese terrorist band that was born in the students revolts of the 60's and was strongly active in the 70's, committing terror attacks even out of Japan. The film can be a bit long, but the cruelty and fanatism of the band is well registered, and the not very fair police operations to kill their members. A good film to know more about one of the darkest and less known chapters of the post-war history of Japan.
Hasmik A (us) wrote: This is one of my most favorite movies. I have seen it 233 times, but wuld watch it again any time. I am so grateful to its director Tim Sullivan for sending the movie to me even before it was released on DVD. I totally loved it and Diamond Dallas Page in it.

Aj V (nl) wrote: Not a good movie by any means, but I enjoyed it. Ann-Margaret acts so over the top as the young manipulative JD, I couldn't help but love her. Forsythe was wonderful too, although I kept imagining he was his character from Bachelor Father, which just made it more interesting for me. The story is well constructed too, but the ending isn't all that believable. So, enjoy it for what the description calls 'camp' value.
