Rebecca B (it) wrote: It is the subject matter that is amazing, though the film is well-done for its kind.

Hugh I (us) wrote: Interesting idea, a 90 minute horror film shot entirely in one take...but without editing it becomes pretty tiresome and dull. Turned it off after 35 minutes and banished it to film hell.

Grant K (fr) wrote: A celebrity obsessed, selfish paparazzi like story without any real depth that completely misses the real points of Salingers work - Salerno is just as guilty of injecting his own meaning into Salinger as Chapman and others were.

Erin C (de) wrote: This would've been better with a different lead actress - she was terrible! However, I enjoyed the premise of the story.

Jacob D (au) wrote: This movie is phenomenal, everything about it is absolutely brilliant.

Vin Mariani (fr) wrote: I agree JL, the scene were Puppetino returned Pinocchio back into a doll..scary shit!!..evil ass satan looking villian at the end was crazy also!

Bill W (kr) wrote: When one of the bad guys asks Valdez what his rifle is for, Valdez says, "Something for rabbits." Lancaster plays a peasant underdog with big teeth. This is a really cool movie.

Lynette D (jp) wrote: dumb! and not at all scary.

VJ B (ca) wrote: Wannabe epic hampered by staginess and the fact that Stanwyck doesn't belong in any western (and has only one facial expression). Extra half star for someone throwing scissors at a woman's face (and connecting!).

Dann M (ru) wrote: Universal's first attempt at a werewolf series, Werewolf of London, delivers some scares but lacks compelling characters. The story follows a botanist who contracts a werewolf bite while searching for a rare flower in Tibet, and upon his return to London he's told that he'll turn into a ravenous werewolf unless he's able to cultivate the Tibetan flower into an antidote. Unfortunately, the characters are poorly developed (particularly the protagonist Dr. Glendon), and thus it's hard to get invested in their fates. However, the wolf make-up is pretty good, creating a frightening, demonic creature. While there's a lot of exciting action and some intense scenes, overall Werewolf of London feels rather bland.
