(ag) wrote: I thought this doc was pretty good. It covered a wide variety of governmental conspiracies, which are terrifying as hell! (Seriously, does that woman in Florida really believe that big business being able to track her every move makes her safe from terrorism?! WTF?!) I thought it was, at times, not very visually appealing though (some poor lighting, the same boring text for everything throughout...). I know Canada isn't doing a whole lot better right now, but kill me before ever making me become an American citizen. At the same time though, knowledge is power, and I really hope that as many Americans watch this as possible so that maybe they can wake up and see how crooked things really are.

(gb) wrote: If you want mindless gore for the sake of gore, this is not the movie for you it's a tragic drama. This is a skillful retelling of an ancient tale. The horror is not in it's bloodshed, but in the terrible fate of an innocent boy's infection with "the curse of the werewolf". The film is very well paced with lots of high drama underscored by great characterization and acting through out. Oliver Reed's performance as Leon, the gentle young man cursed with the savagery of a werewolf, is powerful and compelling.
