Ivy K (br) wrote: For a film shot entirely inside a car on handheld due to a low budget the acting is extremely credible and carries alot of this film. Some patience is required to endure the lack of cinematography but this also works for the movie. I was quite impressed with the villian who's performance really stands out as an insane demented bitch in a business suit armed with a shotgun. Some nice brutality including some shotgun sodomy and the result is 3 and half stars.

Erika J (nl) wrote: This is a great film noir, with the very attractive Jane Russell as the leading lady and the scathingly hot Robert Mitchum (I am secretly in love with him). What makes this noir refreshing, is the placement of Vincent Price in the roll of the screwy face of the law. And the cape... the cape makes me laugh every time I watch this.
