Ivan is a very lonely 8 year boy who is bullied almost every day in school. Even his father taunts him because Ivan litteraly is a weakling (That should explain the title Rubber Tarzan). As a result of this Ivan spends a lot of his time on daydreaming until he meets a kind of kindred spirit - the friendly and lonely crane driver Ole.

Monster (fr) wrote: not good enough. the accent was fake, the russian was crazy, bad casting, the story wasn't exactly catchy or anything. just the fact that it was about the life of nietzsche made me watch it

Suveera A (fr) wrote: A cool Bollywood spin on the gangster genre, featuring hero LUCKY Anil Kapoor up against The Cool Don BILLA Sanjay Dutt, who totally impressed me with his style and jive - Dutt made me wish to be in bed with him! Totally great acting from the entire cast but as I said, the sexy Dutt perfectly embodied his dangerous character with a terrible sleekness. The great plot told a lusty story soiled with black money just being casually tossed around the film's shady characters, who are immorally corrupt and unforgivable in their actions. The Sexy Dutt Man is absolutely unforgettable!

Paul C (gb) wrote: The movie was not bad. I had seen the two 3D Appleseeds first. This one actually takes place between them. It does fill in a bit of back story which is nice. I know it was the 80s, but I was not that impressed with the animation. I have seen other 80s animation that is much better. The music and look was pretty good. The story was missing a lot and seemed to jump around. I just didn't really enjoy this as much as the others.

Justin R (nl) wrote: Decent war movie, made during the start of WWII. It starts off pretty smashingly but loses steam (ha ha) around the halfway point when they actually board the title train. Great cast, though.

Alicia B (kr) wrote: The 4 hours version was not completely accurate, but shed light on the most important parts of Alexander's life. Of course it was made to sell, but it does not verge from the reality of this warlord's life.

Andrew O (gb) wrote: A clever and extremely stylish flick that uses eccentric cinematography and lighting to highlight it's sci-fi horror ideas.

Kieran F (mx) wrote: Ronin. This is a fun and entertaining film that is easily comparable to films like The french Connection and even Mission:Impossible and Resivoir Dogs. In fact its like all three of those films mixed together The story of Ronin is two of several former special forces and intelligence agents who team up to steal a mysterious, heavily guarded case while navigating a maze of shifting loyalties and alliances.(In essence the film is a mix of Resivor dogs and The french connection) And through out the film there are many plot twists and fun chase scenes. But the best part of the film is DeNiro and his supporting cast. All of them are great and there's even some "Unknowns" that are Known. From Sean bean(Travlyn in Golden eye) all the way down to the small cameo of Michael Lonsdale(draxx from moon raker) they're all decent. but the best performances are by De Niro and Jean Reno they have great chemistry. the moment those two actors get on the screen together in the film they click and they're fun to watch. After the first part of the film ends it then concetrates on there two performances for the rest of the film. And because they have great chemistry you can watch them and not get bored with the film. THere were some-things about the film that bugged me though. For one although the chase scenes where fun and entertaining to watch they did get a little redundant after awhile. but not boring(the music and camera Angles help from making that happening) but they do get redundant I mean you can only go through Paris so many times and crash so often before you're like "Okay give us more story" LOL But the biggest let down of the film is the ending. It feels rushed and never really ties things together completely. Like when the film FINALLY got to the ending I was actually like "Wait? That's it? all that for this?" it's not bad but it just seems that with in a span of like 3 mins they try to tie everything up and sure it works but after all the fun with the other stuff you're like "WTF" That aside the film is a decent film that is strengthened by good performances and interesting plot twists but is let down by a rushed ending and leaves the film un complete.

Richard M (ru) wrote: What utter tripe. I am plagued by bad movies at the moment. Jack Whitehall is an excellent comedian. Yes comedian not an actor. Not sure if he lets himself down or if the muppets you directed and produced this bag of c.r.a.p. let him down. Either way it's utter rubbish.

Brandon B (mx) wrote: Moral of the story is don't be a half assed douchebag or you're going to jail, I guess. This was badly written. Good acting on the villain though.
