Tony B (ru) wrote: I haven't seen this since I was a kid and it's even better than I remembered. Very enjoyable with a good cast that performed well in their roles.

Vaibhav W (jp) wrote: Shot in and around Pusan, this story about male friendship and later separation, is very well done - no melodrama just a good story.

Dkny D (nl) wrote: this movie is so awesome, ots one of those movies taht you ca watch over and over again

Andrew B (mx) wrote: Bergman goes neorealist, adding just a touch of melodrama. The drama may seem a bit familiar but the risque thematic material (treatment of issues like abortion & sexuality, especially for the time period) is the most compelling part of the film.

Matt D (es) wrote: A rare Steven Spielberg film that I hadn't seen until now...As a history buff this was right up my alley from the beginning and despite moments of Spielberg at his most heavy-handed I found this to be an engrossing and well made drama that gets to make a hero out of one of our lesser known presidents (John Quincy Adams) and actually dramatize another (Martin Van Buren). The cast of this flick is sensational although there are moments when the young Matthew McConaughey seems a little out of his depth amongst the veterans. Now if only someone could explain to me why the African characters only start getting subtitles 30+ minutes into the movie...

Daniel D (br) wrote: Fairly boring film, although the performances from Jeffrey Wright and Catherine Zeta-Jones save it from being bad.Russell Crowe is one of my all-time fave actors, but I feel his performance here is pretty one-note and forgettable. I don't blame him though, Hughes's direction was possibly the cause for this issue.

David S (fr) wrote: A possible new classic in the horror genre. The cinematography in Let Us Prey is off the charts good and the writing does a good job staying away from the typical cliches on horror. Liam Cunningham is so good and cynical, he really stole the show. If you love horror, go see this.

Rebecca S (us) wrote: Some parts were good.... But I am so confused? John Smith's point of view changes while meeting Pocahontas and he changes and wants to stay with her. Then he goes back to London, and never returns. Meanwhile, she meets another John and he changes after meeting Pocahontas. Then she meets up with John Smith, but he just flips back to his old mindset and leaves again, but the new John stays. ??? So confusing. To show all the love and chemistry from the first movie between her and John Smith and then to just throw that out the window and have her be with a guy, where they barely showed any chemistry? That was just disappointing.
