Dean M (it) wrote: This moronic, sanitised version of Conan author Robert E. Howard's pulp fiction superhero of the 1930s is stupidity and fun, also features an irritating heavy-metal rock score. Kevin Sorbo as the sword-wielding hero Kull is pretty much; not as muscled as Howard's other barbarian hero, Conan. The ever-delectable Tia Carrere plays the red witch who plans to take over the world, and she is absolutely delicious as a supernatural villainess. The fights are clumsily staged, the sets are from hunger, but the dialog is a lot of fun and everyone would appear to be having a good time.

Alex A (it) wrote: As an American release of several of the Lone Wolf and Cub movies combined into one, Shogun Assassin is an exceptionally thrilling and well made revenge film that shines with epic battle-scenes and stylized arthouse direction. The only flaw that can be found is the cheesiness from the English dubbing. Despite that all is well.
Knut D (it) wrote: A totally overlooked 1970s western/drama from Alan J. Pakula. This is a tender and moving love story with fine performances by the entire cast. This has to be Jane Fonda's finest work and Richard Farnworth's suporting role is outstanding. His performance is so heartfelt. A bittersweet western well worth seeking out.
Bill T (kr) wrote: This was just an ok comedy western featuring John Wayne as a town bigshot very comfortable with ordering the town around, but less so when it comes to his own family. This film sort of slid off on me, but the Duke seems to be having a good time.
