"Mercy Streets" is different. I admit that compared to most mainstream movies it's not amazing, but it's not bad. And compared to the majority of Christian films it's groundbreaking. The director is young, but good, he has a good feel for how to tell this story. David White did an admirable job at playing two completely different roles, in fact, I can't think of an actor that doesn't get over $10,000,000 per film that could do better. Pretty much every element is, at the very least, done admirably well, not amazing, but good.

(ag) wrote: Why not... the sequel was a watered down version of the first film... but the first film was watered down. It was fun.

It was funny and it did have its laughs, but I found myself being a bit bored towards the end when the punch lines wore out. 7/10Wild Hogs was actually funnier than Reno 911, which I wasn't expecting at all. I went in expecting it to have a couple of laughs, but that it would end up sucking... I was completely taken aback by the comedic chemistry of William H. Macy, Martin Lawrence, John Travolta, and Tim Allen.Go see it! You won't be disappointed.
(ca) wrote: Very good movie. Assassins is a stylish, funny, action-packed thriller that feels a little overlong at times, has sort of a poor script, but good performances from its two leads, especially Banderas.
