This is like "BHEJA FRY" with a romantic touch to it.The backdrop is a typical Mumbai drama house, integrated well into the storyline.!Ayushman grows up as an actor.., and Ramesh sippy does a great job getting the best from all the actors..! Pooja salwi is a treat to watch. Though the ending is obvious, you would still want to see how it wraps up.

(ru) wrote: I believe the only way this movie received any positive reviews is the critics were drunk/high and the rest were on the cast/crew. This movie is horrible beyond belief. The story is predictable and the overlay animation is ghastly as well as migraine inducing. Just a totally awful waste of time.

The technique is flawless; from the long takes, to the astonishing performances - the film never lies. Despite being a harsh commentary on the medical system (albeit sympathetic too), this is the sort of movie that leaves the viewer feeling, well to put it bluntly, ALIVE. Current Romanian art cinema places uncomfortable truths into perspective, shaking the audience up, and hopefully if you're in the right company, keeps you discussing for days.

Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) catches up to him when he encounters Angelica (Penlope Cruz), a beautiful pirate that Jack once loved, then left. Angelica forces him to accompany her to the Queen Anne's Revenge, the ship of the notorious Blackbeard (Ian McShane). Accompanied by a zombie crew, the trio sets sail to find the legendary Fountain of Youth. However, Jack's rival, Capt. Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush), also seeks the fountain, as does a ship from Spain. While not nearly as entertaining as the first three films in this saga, "On Stranger Tides" is good, but slightly disappointing. After three films, Depp certainly knows how to portray his wacky protagonist and does his very best in this fourth "Pirates" film. My primary complaint though is that Cruz just does not seem like her normal sexy self in the portrayal of Jack's former flame. I loved Cruz in "Sahara" and desperately wished she had brought more from that role to this one. Alas, the chemistry between her and Depp was just not there. I also wish that Orlando Bloom and Kiera Knightley had been a part of this film as well. Other than that, this film is entertaining and does a serviceable job with the mermaids who are central to this story. One thumb up, one thumb down.
