It ain't easy bein' green -- especially if you're a likable (albeit smelly) ogre named Shrek. On a mission to retrieve a gorgeous princess from the clutches of a fire-breathing dragon, Shrek teams up with an unlikely compatriot -- a wisecracking donkey.

Shrek, a green ogre who loves the solitude in his swamp, finds his life interrupted when many fairytale characters are exiled there by order of the fairytale-hating Lord Farquaad. Shrek tells them that he will go ask Farquaad to send them back. After his swamp is filled with magical creatures, he agrees to rescue a princess for a villainous lord in order to get his land back. . You can read more in Google, Youtube, Wiki

Huw G (ag) wrote: Some of the fun of the original, but not much else.

Chris G (gb) wrote: This documentary seems deliberately constructed to mislead the casual viewer, conflating areas of law and issues which are in fact wholly distinct. The overuse of arbitration agreements, for example, falls under an entirely different area of law than from seeing justice done in a rape case and from a tort case for 'hot coffee'. The underpinning theme of the documentary, access to justice, is as noble as any. It's conclusions, on the other hand, are ill-founded and the result of rampant segwaying between issues without any pause for thought or justification.

Michael S (jp) wrote: A peculiar, sweaty piece of southern gothic that's all about character and atmosphere. The blues music it features is great, and the dynamic between Jackson and Ricci drew me in.

Shawn W (de) wrote: A giant octopus washed into the Hudson River from Nova Scotia of all places attacks boats and threatens to put a damper on Independence Day fireworks. Underwater scenes depict water that is much clearer than the actual Hudson.

Arsev A (fr) wrote: I'm sorry but the protagonist is highly unlikeable yet there are nice fighting scenes every once in a while.

Ashley H (it) wrote: This movie was so weird to me... the number one weird thing being, I could have sworn the Devil's son was the Antichrist, not a male witch, aka warlock, think about it...

Nick G (it) wrote: Can't say anything about Alien Nation that hasn't been said before, extremely average buddy cop flick with aliens. Could've been far more interesting but just isn't and sometimes just seeing Caan run about LA with a heavily dressed up Patinkin feels very surreal and distracting.Inspiration to the superior District 9 is obvious and Alien Nation isn't a bad film in any respect, Caan and Patinkin have good chemistry, the story is gripping enough and the dialogue and differences between the two leads can be very entertaining at times, but there is a lot of wasted potential in Alien Nation it doesn't live up to the premise.

Chip M (gb) wrote: This is one of those films that is so bad, it's amazing. I would give it a 5 out of 5 but it would give the wrong idea.
