Shirley O (ag) wrote: I thought it was a great movie

Christopher W (es) wrote: Ending was woeful. Interesting twist but no explanation as to why.

Jim S (de) wrote: Stunning cinematography, brilliant direction, clever editing and an absolutely bravo performance from James Franco, help to make this intense, claustrophobic tale of survival nearly perfect. It makes you realize that you should probably always take a buddy when you go on a hike.

John M (mx) wrote: Excruciating. Every note struck was false. The humour was either mean-spirited or non-existent.

Sundarappa K (fr) wrote: a beautiful portrait of romance and nature.its over all silence through out the movietakes the viewers.

Mitch M (kr) wrote: I don't know why others rate this so low. It made me smile and laugh and I thought it was a very cute movie.

Alexandra V (ca) wrote: Super lustiger Film.Ein grossartiger Mix aus Doener Kebab und Kung Fu.KING OF KEBAB!

Nathan B (ru) wrote: I know this movie is a tad slow and a bit cheesy, but I LOVE THIS MOVIE! Merry Clayton is the star of the movie. I personally think everyone plays their part well. Honestly, I wish I could get my hands on some of the music from this movie in .mp3 format, but even the cassette edition ceases to exist in these times. The movie picks up in the middle of the movie, and of course, it gets better from there. It may not be packed full of action like in the "Terminator" movies, but it's a nice gem of a film. I'm glad it exists, and check it out sometime! It's floating around on YouTube! The DVD is out of print, but goes out on eBay for $20 or more.

Donna L (mx) wrote: Liked it, but not as good as the first.

David B (jp) wrote: Interesting look at Gerrard Winstanley's attempts to establish a self-sufficient community on common land in the aftermath of the Civil War. With an amateur cast, some performers are clearly better than others, but the dialogue and narration, largely taken from Winstanley's own writings, make this a compelling insight into a tumultuous period in English history. This tale outsiders being persecuted and crushed by the powers that be should resonate strongly with modern audiences.

Jeffrey D (nl) wrote: One of the greatest of music artist biographies, a classic that ranks up there with the best of Ken Russell's films.

Peanut S (de) wrote: I also loved the book, and was pleased to hear that they were re-making it. But the fact that it's set it space completely ruins it. Way to go Hollywood. They sure know how to butcher a good story.

David L (kr) wrote: The Rules of the Game is regarded as a classic by many and it is for good reasons, but it fails to reach its potential in my opinion. The last act is very good and powerful, there are some great dramatic moments, the theme is of course terrific and the direction is superb as well as the cinematography which is stunning, but the character development is so-so owing to the large ensemble cast leaving little room for it, there aren't enough dramatic or funny sequences and it has way too much gossip and annoying yelling in it. It is solid, but unfortunately not as great as it could have been.

Short Horror R (nl) wrote: The premise is slightly stale, but was successfully put in protagonists shoes & was interested till the credits ran.

Jacob F (jp) wrote: Good Kill is incredibly well acted, with career best work from Ethan Hawke, tightly directed, and the subject matter of drone warfare is very timely. The film does get very heavy handed, and pointlessly disturbing at times, like two rape scenes that come out of nowhere. Plus an ending that seems unbelievable, unsatisfying, and ruins most of the tension built up throughout the last 30 minutes.

Michael C (fr) wrote: Loved it. Parents and children alike!

Tim S (us) wrote: What trash. Sleeziest, most pointless movie I've ever seen. Had one SMALL chuckle. ONE
