The script is dog shit, the story is dogshit and clich (C)d, its always a briefcase just because. Bruce Willis is in it for all of 10 minutes and when he is on screen its the best moments of the film, but even that can't save this. Its dogshit

Archibald T (us) wrote: A Demented Bill Paxton conducts an imaginary Mozart symphony with an audience of dead bodies slumped in chairs behind him.Christie's father is murdered by an unknown hooded figure. Her mother doesn't believe her and thinks that he only drowned in the pool instead of being knocked out and falling into the pool unconscious (which is what really happened).Christie's boyfriend, Greg, stumbles upon a seance with his buddy Josh. They notice that in the seance is Christie's mother and a man who owns a mortuary, Mr. Andrews. When Josh goes missing, Greg finds it a bit strange and gets involved in the mystery. Christie and Greg both stumble upon that the hooded figure stalking Christie is linked to the mortuary.Mr. Andrews has a son named Paul, played by Bill Paxton, who is later found out to be the hooded figure. What the seances had to do with was that Christie's mother and Mr. Andrew's were trying to contact Christie's father in the after life. Paul, however, had his own plans to get rid anyone that was against him for wanting to be with Christie. So, he kills Christie's mother, his father, anyone else involved which leads to a very ingeniously demented climax set to Mozart music.I couldn't tell where it was all going and you could plainly see it was Paxton, but I could never pinpoint what his motives were going to be until that final act in the film which he pulled off extremely well. It's a nicely paced slasher movie with an memorable ending that I am still thinking about.

Andrew M (br) wrote: I could tell you about the good acting and clever plot twists. I could tell you how awesome the score to this film is. But it would be a crime against God, because this film is the most woefully produced, disgracefully acted and shamefully written films I have ever seen. I could tell you there are good things about this film. But I cannot think of a single aspect of this film worth mentioning, except for the fact it SUCKS. Do not see it. Aviod it like it was Auswitch.

Yasmin U (nl) wrote: This movie is so sensual and bizarre. Charlie Sheen isn't even IN the movie so I don't know why he's in the poster. He's like, in the beginning and ending. I like how Heidi plays Mozart on her pan pipes.

Jayakrishnan R (de) wrote: 75%Saw this on 30/11/15It has enough violence and haunting scenes that justifies the deeds of it's protagonist and it manages to keep it's sense of purpose for it's first hour and it has a nuanced performance from Charles Bronson whose stares hit the audience too well. However, I do feel that it looses something fascinating about it towards the end, though it could have been a whole lot worse. However, the way it ends is realistic and it doesn't feel pointless.

Matthew D (fr) wrote: Great film. Don't understand the critics rating here. Most Def gives a great performance as a small time crook who's testimony could bring down some of New York's finest. Bruce Willis a tired 20 year veteran of the force is tasked with the job of escorting Mos Def's character to testify. A very good movie with non stop excitement from the beginning.
