Wahida K (mx) wrote: The Topic 2012 is so hotly debated, so they Air many Disaster Movies on Cabel as they can. I wont say this is one of the best Disaster Movies but it is very interesting.

Brenda J (it) wrote: For a low budget movie that was mostly filmed in a small studio, it's not bad.

Drago C (de) wrote: A first glance at this movie will mark it as trite torture porn a la Saw but great performances by the always wonderful Chlo Sevigny and Peter Stormare make it stand out from the crowd, as does the added dimension of MK-Ultra psychological manipulation of the subjects. A highly enjoyable and unpredictable movie and a tongue in cheek jab at the US foreign policy during the Bush years.

Bill B (it) wrote: Just gave this a re-watch after purchasing a copy on the cheap:Terrific spoken word/stand up performance by John Waters, who waxes poetic about his films, his career and philosophies on life in this 90 minute film.Fun stuff, check it out!

Matt H (nl) wrote: This film and those like seem like the same thing.

Will Russell R (ag) wrote: Compelling yet far-fetched thriller could fit an entire airplane in one of its many plot holes.

Emma W (nl) wrote: This movie hits many of the key points, its clearly made for tv with one big point made every few minutes, but misses some of the important points made in 'shake hands with the devil' and 'shooting dogs' which tell their story slower and with finer detail.

Michael Z (us) wrote: A lovely and whimsical little fairytale from Miyazaki's Studio Ghibli that relaxes and entrances the viewer, enveloping him in simple, weightless bliss.*3.5/4*

Andrew B (nl) wrote: One of the worst films ever made imo.

Darryl S (es) wrote: Brutal and heartbreaking. This Fosse film is a towering achievement! Eric Roberts' performance is stupendous! (That he wasn't even nominated for an Oscar pretty much tells you that Academy Awards' picks are simply a popularity game and have absolutely nothing to do with "best" of that particular year. Much like Diane Keaton being snubbed for "Looking For Mr. Goodbar," but being awarded for "Annie Hall" instead.) One of my top-10 all-time favorites.

Aj V (ag) wrote: A great teen drama/comedy movie. The story is both quirky and realistic. I really liked this movie, it's fun.

Mike R (kr) wrote: holy crap, take 45 minutes off this movie and it's still too long. put good actors in a crappy story with a terrible ending it's still a bad movie. hopefully they got paid before it came out

Phoebe S (au) wrote: Tedious, hard to follow, and too many annoying characters that barely make this movie worth seeing...

Chris H (ag) wrote: Cleanly shot against stunning backgrounds, but completely fails to capture the feel or flow of the story. It's no surprise that this telling of story ended with the first chapter. You'd be better served by the Swedish movies, or even better, read the books.
