Simon L (es) wrote: Finally an animated movie that actually delivers an atmosphere of fun, wonder, and truly presents loss and finding

Jerry C (gb) wrote: Ow ow ow, Nessie got out of her Loch, using subterranean tunnels en arrives in North America, in a lake, with her whole family, out for blood. Luckily there's a cryptozoologist packed with a sonar, rifle, and laserguns. All very predictable, but if you see this one with some friends and a beer in the hand, you're in for a good time.

Jacob B (es) wrote: It doesn't quite live up to not only its source material A Princess of Mars but also director Andrew Stanton's animated directorial efforts (i.e. Finding Nemo and WALL-E) but John Carter's visual dazzle, great performances and breathtaking action sequences more than compensate for the film's weak characterizations.

John K (ag) wrote: Very honest and surprisingly well acted by the young leads.

Ryan S (br) wrote: While not the best film from the Disney Renaissance era, it still remains an incredibly entertaining animated film, with a lot of heart.

Mike G (gb) wrote: While not a movie that will win any awards, it has great sentimental value and is a classic kids movie from the 90s. I went through something similar where my arm broke and I could throw better afterwards. I thought it was funny as a kid and it's nostalgic as an adult.

Chris M (nl) wrote: Disturbing and creepy British horror film with a whole bunch of memorable moments. It's quite the creepy little film, mostly due to Stanley Myers' creepy score, Shelia Keith's odd ball performance, and, of course, Pete Walker's masterful direction. This is a hard movie to forget once you've seen it.

Nonya B (kr) wrote: I am shocked at the positive reviews for this movie. Despite Jack being, well... Jack, the MOVIE, which is what were supposed to review, is TERRIBLE. I literally did not even crack a smile through the entire thing. Sorry to those who liked it, and I can appreciate its cool factor for having early appearances of some future stars, but geez, this movie sucked. In my opinion, a complete waste of time. If you're into seeing stars in their early days, watch the first 20 minutes or so and then move on.
