(jp) wrote: It looks liek it is trying to look and be a bit like Buffy The Vampire Slayer Seasons 1-2 but it misses the cult horror mark completely.
(fr) wrote: Very unique, very odd, very funny doc about a few citizens of a small Florida town who seem to be about 20 years behind everyone else and really do nothing else but share some stories and views on life, for no other reason than that Morris found them an interesting and entertaining bunch. It's really an interesting doc as Morris does literally nothing but set his camera in front of these people and lets them talk. Morris, always an entertaining and unique filmmaker himself, keeps the film nice and short at only 55mins, a perfect runtime for this type of film and these types of people.

(au) wrote: This movie is okay. It's not the best movie I've ever seen, not the worst either. It has good acting by both Dakota Fanning and Elizabeth Olsen but it's a bit clich. It's the typically best friends fall for the boy and don't let it come between them. Still a good movie, I guess. It was well made and acted and has good character development for the two girls but not the guy. Perhaps that was intentional to make you focus more on the two girls. Overall, a movie worth watching.
