The inside look at the LARP community and the integration of the KISS motif culminates in some great deadpan humor, victorious redemption, and of course, ye olde goofy Englishisms.

But sadly, there wasn't a lot of moments of that type, instead they played around a lot with the found footage style, and some pretty hard to watch acting by Adam Green. However Ray Wise was actually good and gave the movie some credibility. Overall, it had a pretty cool story and idea, that probably needed more exposition because the few scary moments it had were pretty effective, and so more of them would've been great. ~February 21, 2015~

I bet that if this movie were to come out today, it would probably win best picture, but only a few people would actually care because it is both boring and fascinating.

The plot holes are big enough to drive through (I believe it is based on a book and probably made more sense in that format). But this film still sucks me in every time. It is well cast, well shot, has a killer soundtrack and makes a great date movie. Just remember to turn your brain off.
