Snuff: A Documentary About Killing on Camera

This documentary examines the existence of films in which people are murdered on camera and the culture surrounding them. Through interviews with former FBI Profilers, Cultural Academics, and Film Historians the documentary delves into the disturbing history and myth of Snuff Films. The FBI claims there is no evidence to prove the existence of Snuff and, therefore, Snuff Films are a myth. This documentary analyzes the relationships between war, cult films, serial killers and pornography to prove whether or not this pervasive myth is, in fact, reality.

Snuff: A Documentary About Killing on Camera torrent reviews

Dave S (kr) wrote: This is a collection of found footage material. Some of the segments were pretty good, especially the succubus? That was my interpretation of it. I think they should have made all of the stories intertwine better. I watched all 3 of the VHS movies yesterday. This one was the best. It was way more authentic than the other two.

Kevin G (ag) wrote: I definitely think this movie at least deserves a watch if you like suspense and good atmosphere. The movie itself doesn't really go very far but there are some shocking scenes that are a nice change to the plot.

Chris F (us) wrote: Good account of the ridiculous attempt to destroy a counter culture icon by an over agressive, morality-driven government.

Justin O (es) wrote: A very funny sci-fi slapstick with Campbell at his best. Remnants of the Evil Dead franchise (Ted Raimi is even a co-star).

Altamente recomendada.

Stefan G (jp) wrote: There are some funny jokes, but a lot of them are so obvious that they're not funny at all. The plot is supposed to be a spoof of James Bond, but my biggest criticism is that they just threw random crap together that makes no sense. The song Weird Al contributed to the opening sequence is really not that funny, and the characters have some pretty clichd dialogue. Overall, it's not Leslie Nielsen's best movie, but thank God it's only 81 minutes long.

Lachlan S (br) wrote: Very fun, enjoyable little movie. Begins flawlessly and slows down at points, but still really good.

Jay B (ru) wrote: I wanted to like this one more. The people in this film were almost too good. At times I thought they were actors but they were just normal people being themselves... as unique as they are.

Brad H (mx) wrote: Creepy and weird. Turns out to be one of Cronenberg's best framed films. Loved whatever locations were used. The silent movie with V/O is surprisingly effective. If you're thinking of making an indie film with no budget, you have to see this.

Scott S (gb) wrote: Support Your Local Sheriff (1969) -- [5.0] -- I've always loved James Garner, but I just didn't find this family-friendly western comedy all that funny or interesting.
