Sean D (ru) wrote: It was fairly solidly bad and useless. The whole plot was just a mess. A bunch of hot girls in a mess of a revenge slasher, a completely crapier version of I Know What You Did Last Summer. Even when they made the sequel to that film, it was useless. It couldn't top the original. Anyway, it's an okay movie and hot girls will keep girls and guys both peeled to make it through the entire film.
William H (it) wrote: Saw this film in Montreal. Great indie production. Touches all bases of current social topics--Gay marriage, "born again", surrogate parenting, etc, etc., while being amusing & highly watchable. Recommend seeing it in NYC, San Francisco or LA at the end of Jan' Wm. Hogarth

Phi N (ca) wrote: I actually saw this before and forgot to rate it. It came back on again this weekend and I must say, it was pretty good.
Anna B (ag) wrote: I didn't like Jeff's love interest. We know almost nothing about him outside of his coming out story, and whenever he talks to Jeff he comes off as a bit of a jerk. And I feel that way because, to repeat, we know nothing about this guy outside of his sexual identity and his job. If there is one things the movie could've done, it is expand its characters. Movie, you don't have the constraints of the stage, though the stage is capable of some wonderful characters (and sometimes less is more), so you should utilize the larger scope. Also, this being a movie, some things should've been adapted or changed from the original play to fit the new format. The characters don't need to break the 4th wall and tell me how they feel. I should be able to infer it from how the scene is framed and shot, the acting, the music, the colors and everything else. As is, I got a pretty decent play on TV, with good actors (for the most part) and OK music. I'm never going to say no to Russell Crowe in booty-shorts.

Leonard D (de) wrote: Not even so bad it's good! It's so depressing, this makes the 3rd one look like a masterpiece! Ellen Brody somehow, just, somehow, obtained the power to pick up the sharks scent, later on after her son gets killed! Why!? I don't know! How about that scene with Micheal getting pursued by the shark in that sunken ship? It breaks through the wall while Mike is getting ready to launch himself back up to the surface, and they were so lazy to hide the rig which was controlling the shark puppet! Also, wouldn't Mike have gotten the bends after launching himself that fast up to the surface, and being recovered by his friends!? And the climax, that retarded climax, jeez! When Ellen was turning the yacht towards the shark, she starts getting flashbacks to events with the fish, in which she wasn't even there to witness! Explain it!? Lol, Lol, you wish! And the moment when it becomes very obvious that the people whom were making this, just gave up. They make the shark roar like a damn lion! The........shark.......which......has......no.....vocal......cords......somehow......roars.......like......a......gosh......darn......LLLIIIOOOOOONNNNNN!! Gee filmmakers, what were you smoking?! Left a stain on the world of cinema ever since! What a shame!

Nathan R (us) wrote: One of the most endearing and adorable movies of the Disney classics, Bambi is a film that never gets old. There's plenty of enjoyable characters and fun scenes that are entertaining to watch. The films lacks a structured plot but nevertheless the movie had us invested with daring chases and a lot of emotional appeal (rest in peace Bambi's mom). None of the characters sing a musical number, unlike previous Disney films, but it's still a beautiful soundtrack with good additions like "April Showers" that couple with the film nicely. It's also a step-up animation quality wise from Dumbo and features some effective animated sequences like the forest-fire and Bambi's battle with the other deer.
Don S (es) wrote: While not as good as the original, this surpasses the sequel with no problem. The characters are in character, the situations are not too far out, and sticking up for your family's honor is a noble theme. Feels like a favorite pair of gloves: warm and comforting. I'd watch it again.
Jason F (us) wrote: While the production value was low and the performances mediocre, the theme was well-developed and interesting. And I really did LOL at least once. The music videos that punctuated the movie were a real treat, too.
Andrew M (kr) wrote: Muppets Most Wanted is a good and entertaining movie. I thought the first Muppets movie was better than this one. Still, the movie has a good plot. I would suggest this movie.
