Jerry C (ca) wrote: I can blame only myself for watching this junk. Not an ounce of originality, and not one decent joke.

Tom G (ag) wrote: Hands down, the best film I've seen all year. Corruption, power, greed, indoctrination, music, all amazing.

Bill M (mx) wrote: This guy lived his life his way. It's just plain wrong the way he was treated by whites. This documentary is definitely worth the watch.

David J (mx) wrote: fuckin' brilliant. Sabu's best film by a longshot.

Cameron L (it) wrote: one of those movies that suspiciously promotes the same pop song 3 times, during the opening credits, the dance party scene, and during the end credits. the only thing really good about it is the animatronic baboon.

Jaimie I (it) wrote: One of my top 5 movies...

Mickey S (mx) wrote: So. Freaking. Weird. Stars Meatloaf, and also features Roy Orbison, Hank Jr., Blondie, Alice Cooper, and others.

Hieu N (ag) wrote: Maybe I watched this one a little bit too late, but I couldn't quite get how the movie could be tragic and humorous at the same time. Every single elements worked really well, Dustin Hoffman and Chief Dan George were great, the plot quirky and surprising, production value was impressive for 1970. The only thing that bugged me was still that inconsistency of tonality.

frank c (nl) wrote: Put four superbly talented actors together onscreen, and typically you'll get a good result. However, Carnage is good not just because of the caliber of cast it boasts, but because of tremendous material with confident direction. The material is uniquely comedic, providing a deeply satirical take on the political correctness and pervasive self-importance that is present among the well off and the well educated. While the film itself is less than 80 minutes long, the dialogue is nonstop and the setting and props play a crucial role in the proceedings. This all makes sense given that the film drew inspiration from a play, which lends itself to a refreshing adaptation on the big screen.

Jesse R (us) wrote: After a brain injury (brain damage) due to his bout with Russian boxer Ivan Drago in Rocky IV (1985), and many years of boxing catching up to him, Rocky is back in Rocky V (1990), but this time things have changed. Rocky is no longer world heavyweight champion (new title was created) but everyone around the world still considers him 'The Champion' and in this movie, Rocky takes on a manager role to Tommy (The Machine) Gunn (real life boxer Tommy Morrison), but Tommy gets involved in the darker side of boxing, and in the end turns on Rocky and challenges him. The challenge takes place out on the street, not inside the ring.Rocky also deals with Rocky Jr. (Robert) being a teenager and doing teenager things, and his son teaches him a lesson he won't forget. Tommy Gunn wants his respect and many consider him a 'paper champion', and in the end, Rocky fights to keep his family intact.Sylvester Stallone has admitted that Rocky V wasn't the best of films, and I would agree, but I don't think it was horrible. It could of been a lot better.

James C (ru) wrote: Disclaimer: I only watched 30 minutes of this film. Not a single laugh.

Franois M (it) wrote: Les dialogues, les scne cultes, la chimie entre Crystal et Ryan font de ce film un classique du genre (comdie romantique). En fait, il ne s'est probablement jamais fait rien de mieux.
