(mx) wrote: Full of intrigue & fine art, The Best Offer is an engaging movie which raises questions about authenticity & forgery, deception of others & self deception. It has a nicely focused and original screenplay which makes me wonder if it is based on a play or novel.

(ru) wrote: The best movie poster ever, bar none. As for the movie itself, I really wish I could enjoy it more. I really want to be in Munchies' corner, but there's too much unfunny people and not enough unfunny Munchies.

(de) wrote: The question it raises as to the morality of using drones in war, particularly when it comes to collateral damage, would have more weight if the main character wasn't so opposed to dropping bombs from drones because he'd prefer the thrill of doing it from a real plane. But decent enough movie

(it) wrote: Pitch Perfect has a formulaic storyline and, while never quite as funny as it should be, still manages to remain an entertaining diversion thanks in large part to the performances of its talented cast especially since this movie officially confirms that Anna Kendrick is now a big star having achieved leading woman status in this movie as well as some excellent a capella covers of songs from this century and the one that preceded it. An aca-damn aca-enjoyable movie.
(au) wrote: This had a lot of potential, but the story was not well developed and the characters were weak. I did like the watercolor depictions at the end of the movie.
