Hollie T (de) wrote: I used to really like Chinese dumplings, I'm not so sure I want to eat them again any time soon...

Paula K (es) wrote: Seeing all those cereals brought back childhood memories (and made me hungry) - the story itself was very shallow.

David P (fr) wrote: More of the same, but does keep the story going very well. Again this franchise as a whole is truly for fans more than anyone else.

Emma J (de) wrote: With low expectations, this was an exceptional film. I really love watching the complexities of the increasingly tangled relationships. Real performances all round, stellar cast.

Millo T (jp) wrote: As in some Gillian movies, this one fails by an excess of imagination

Konrad R (ag) wrote: Just a very average action movie with oriental themes. Obviously Virginia Madsen cannot hold the whole thing by herself. Only good side of this movie is music.

Adam R (it) wrote: It was neat to see a chess movie even if it wasn't anything special. It's a feel-good family affair, but I thought it was a little corny. (First and only viewing - 11/5/2014)

Alexander C (es) wrote: Looks very insightful for a biopic and Coppola is usually a good director.

Ice R (br) wrote: Boring for the most part.

Michael L (kr) wrote: dont bother with the medicore remakes that followed, this is a true gem. the cast is perfect and trio of horton, montgomery, and rains is fantastic. there were some sappy moments but in terms of 1940s charm, this is the pinnacle of classic comedies. also, lloyd bridges has a very very small role but he is definetely recognizable

Daniel K (fr) wrote: A pretty boring plot, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Sean Connery's potential for more chemistry is marred by a lacklustre plot and a considerable age difference that is less than adequate however this improves near the end of the film and the last scenes show convincing chemistry despite the age gap.. The ridiculous dialogue, particularly in the start and middle of the film and less than exciting action scenes make for an average film.

Jonathan P (au) wrote: Rumor Has It has a moment or two where it feels like it might turn in to a good film but sadly it just floats along making unfunny jokes and uncomfortable situations.

Simon T (ru) wrote: Raucously enjoyable Western with a terrific cast and a rousing Bruce Broughton score. It sags slightly around the halfway mark, but quickly gets back on its feet, with loving nods to High Noon, Magnificent Seven and many others. Kevin Kline is a wonderfully sardonic lead, and John Cleese and Brian Dennehy make great sheriffs.
