Freeman M (jp) wrote: Film itself is bloated but not as terrible as many think. Costner, however, did himself a disservice relying on his acting talents (and I generally like him!).
Daniel C (mx) wrote: Action movie. It was thrilling at some points, but for the most part, just an action movie going through the formula.
Sonny S (us) wrote: Maybe not one of Spielberg's bests, but War of the Worlds serves up an intense thrilling ride all together.
Richard H (mx) wrote: A great cast Juliette Lewis, Gina Gershon, Mickey Rourke. But the main problem for me with this was that Mickey Rourke ( looking cool in shades with lank blonde hair, chewing on a toothpick in a cafe scene ) gets garotted by Gershon and is out of the picture before it's 15 minutes in. The plot after that is a pot boiler with Juliette unconvincing as a French woman searching for her artist boyfriend in Montreal and getting mixed up with some low lifes. Director Bruce Macdonald throws in frequent split screen effects for no reason.

Tom K (jp) wrote: I'm not the first to admit that the movie has nostalgic vallue for me. the movie has it's ups and downs. it's beautiful animation but there are some points that are so dark that you can't see that much, the story isn't all that solid and the voice-acting isn't all that top notch but in it's entirety, the movie is mostly harmless and won't learn your child any bad lessons and/or morals. it's not a movie for everyone but if your looking for some nice family entertainment or if your just a animation fan. i say: check it out.
Sean D (it) wrote: This movie was dumb. Really dumb. Really confusing. The first movie was mediocre, this movie was horrible. Worst Vincent Price that I have ever seen. His acting is on point as usual, but the movie was confusing and terrible.
Anne F (es) wrote: Rossellini brings the life of an impoverished family in post-war Berlin vividly to the screen; he focuses particularly on the effects of the war on 12 year old Edmund, a child who has been cast into adulthood before his time.

Gimly M (es) wrote: A semi-decent piece that despite showing its hand very early on, will prove to slowly paced for most. More than that though, it's a prime example of "don't judge a book by its cover". If you judge this particular film by its poster, you'll feel outright lied to.Watch Life on Mars for a better version of the exact same thing.
Calvin R (it) wrote: This was HOT! Channing Tatum best performance and Alex Pettyfer was not far behind he held his own. All the guys in this film were hot, even kevin nash did a great job. Very entertaining, and strong performances.

Emer L (jp) wrote: Local town story of resident trying to make it into the big time. Chris Pine is subtle and slow moving into an obvious laid back storyline.
Wes S (mx) wrote: The Undiscovered Country might not be as good as the strongest entries in the film series, but it's still a entertaining adventure with some fun mysteries and action. The characters, villains, and effects are all terrific. Maybe not the most memorable installment, but a decent final film for the original cast.
