Teemu Q (jp) wrote: Aside from it's gorgeous look, editing and camera work, the movie is pretty boring. There's no moments of true horror or heartbreaking drama. Everything is just too calm and quiet to wake any feelings. The end didn't come as a surprise.
John K (de) wrote: A good film: humour, adventure, and warmth, turning adversaries into allies. Vidia really redeems herself here; unlike the trailer, she chose to help Tink, rather than them being forced together (the old "stuck in a lift" storyline). Some of the other fairies got a chance to shine as well, particularly Silvermist. The artwork within the film (i.e. the drawings stuck to Lizzie's wall) were quite charming, and they made a nice contrast to the higher-quality animation of the film itself.

Brian W (nl) wrote: Clark Gable was excellent in the tile of a World War II bomber wing general who had to make the tough decisions to send his bombers into heavily defending Getman areas at great loss. The movie is based on a stage play, so there is a lot of dialogue and no action, but this gives the viewer the opportunity to get to know the key characters and the stress that they go through in doing their jobs everyday.

Recomendable.
