Trent J (au) wrote: At its heart, it's more than just a prophetic inside look at the future of television; it's a running commentary on human conflict - the ways we deal with it, and the burning desire people have to initiate it - right down to the film's composition. You might at first wonder why there is an Albert Brooks character named so blatantly, until you realize this semi-real manifestation of Hollywood is thematically the most important element of all. A brilliant comedy.

Jamie C (au) wrote: Another cheap American spy comedy that's not funny, Has poor action scenes and a plot that's been done before too many times, Eddie Murphy and Owen Wilson do well working off each other but it's only Eddie that makes this film just about watchable.

Cody L (gb) wrote: Besides some good gorey scenes and great performance once by Andrew Divoff, this movie was just bad.

Rodney E (nl) wrote: While I enjoyed this way more than Wayne Wang's Smoke, the parts do not equal the whole. Michael J Fox was good but overall the movie was lacking

Shatish R (fr) wrote: A love triangle that spans decades. But can any survive? A flamboyant opera that thrills its audience. The performances by its leads and the supporting children together with the poetic screenplay gives the movie a near perfect score.

Dawni C (ru) wrote: fantastic film, sad, but filled with great emotional performances

Terry C (gb) wrote: Finally I have watched one of the early great epics of cinema. Famous for its epic scenes of massive armies before scenes of massive armies were a thing in cinema and without CG. Peter O'Toole's most famous role showcases him in a character caught up in the tides of history as he moves from being a man of optimism to being a disturbed conflicted man.

Daniel D (nl) wrote: Another Doris Day classic.

Loyal D (ag) wrote: I loved this movie, it was both hilarious and raunchy but it also showed more than that. It had moral value and a good life lesson for those in marriage. I thought it was good and Wilson & Sudekis' chemistry shined and made this movie better than critics say!

Mark E (ru) wrote: A slow start is then replaced by a very busy Mish mash of characters and pace. Pleasant but nowhere near an essential view.
