Sally A (au) wrote: This was very hard to follow, it's slow and badly executed and the ending was all too predictable.

Davey K (au) wrote: Brillant character study in the realm of grief and loss. I enjoyed the twist and how the film came together at the end. Would have got 5 stars if not for the extremely slow pace

Nathan S (it) wrote: A mediocre attempt to bring out the controversies scattered throughout the life of John Lennon from 1964- 1971. Nothing special or even good acting. But, a moderate attempt to make a docu-drama about John Lennon in his wild and controversial days.

Carrie R (br) wrote: One of the best movies of all time. TRULY a touching story- especially for anyone that was brought up in the "village to raise a child" environment.

Bill T (mx) wrote: Thank you Flixster for not just marketing new movies to savvy Facebook users....LAST OF THE DOGMEN, came out 15 years ago, but today came to my bigscreen. I LOVED THIS MOVIE! No, not because Tom Beringer reminds me of the 80's..Because this movie does what other sci-fi, fantasy, and horror movies try or I hope aspire to, that is that the fantasy or fiction could be reality. If it was a ghost story, I'd believe in ghosts now. The Dialogue of Dogmen sounds like real people talk in real situations. As characters lines were spoken or an action scene unleashed, I'd say to myself "Exactly! That's what I'd do or say!, unlike most other movies. Barbara Hershey's character seems like a gal I know, intelligent, professional, not intimidated by a man...but still all woman and often silly. Tom B is man we might dream of being, but he is not inordinatly heroic either There is not a cliche in this movie, except perhaps the immense scenes of Rocky Mountain wilderness. Before the explosive end, Tom B says to his smelly looking tracker dog "I always knew a woman would come between us".....and he WASN'T talking about Barbara H.
