Christian Slater plays Winston Churchill, a USMC who has an affair with princess Elizabeth II (Neve Campbell). He also captures an Enigma machine and almost single-handily wins the war. All this while Hitler sets up residency in Buckingham Palace. Very few of the jokes landed. Funny premise, but utter crap.

Allan C (ag) wrote: John Ritter, Bryan Cranston and even Marcus "Buff" Bagwell star in this darkly comic horror anthology, ala "Tales from the Crypt." John Ritter serves as the Crypt Keeper although he's instead a genial realtor who keeps over-sharing the dark history of each of the three houses he's trying to sell. The stories themselves are not all that clever, engaging or even scary, but it's not the worst horror anthology I've ever seen (that would be George A. Romero's "Deadtime Stories"). I suppose you do get to see Walter White terrorized by a helper monkey.

Brinn O (fr) wrote: Sean penn's performance and his chemistry with Fanning gets 4 stars fro, me. The film as a whole gets 2 and half stars. It's horribly edited, irritating score (except when the scenes get emotional, those parts were decent) some unbelievable characters, and, a plot that is WAY too dragged out.

Brandon W (ru) wrote: Whenever I bring up Super Troopers, she goes crazy over it as it's her favorite comedy movie. I watched it before, but I don't remember much about it. So with the sequel coming up, I'll give it a shot to watch it again to realize why my best friend loves the movie. After watching it, I understand why, a bit though. Super Troopers is not my favorite comedy movie, but it has enough laughs to keep me entertained. The cast are having the time of their lives and are just having fun, bringing Brian Cox with them too which he's great also. It's really funny, but there's a bit of misses here and there. There's one liners that are very funny and can be memorable. It did felt like the movie is a bunch of skits, but most of them are funny which doesn't really matter that much. Super Troopers is really silly, but it's a really good movie that makes sense about why this got cult following.

Is it an amusement park ghost town that is haunted or is it an actual town that is haunted, or is it an amusement park ghost town that was not haunted before and then became haunted or is an actual town that was not haunted before and then became haunted? I have no freaking idea and neither will you!

Jackie M (jp) wrote: I knew of the story but as it happened I really didn't pay much attention to it so if this is a true depiction of the story I'm glad I avoided it. It shouldn't be incredible to me that people behave this way but yes, there it is. And we wonder how politics got where it is today? Look at the 'outstanding' shoulders they stand on.
