The Middle Eastern oil industry is the backdrop of this tense drama, which weaves together numerous story lines. Rasmus P (ag) wrote: A very good start for the cannibal/jungle subgenre of Italian cinema. It's actually a decent look into tribal life with only a hint of cannibalism towards the end. Great mondo footage will surely disgust some viewers.

Jayakrishnan R (it) wrote: 51%Saw this on 23/12/15If this is how you put science back into science fiction, then I must put the sci-fi in the trash can, because that's where this belongs. This is a mostly rudimentary film without any real suspense or plot and those who have written this might have seen 2001 more than once. It has an unnecessary non-linear narrative in the first half which has no reason to exist and if it were not there, then the film could have had at least one genuine twist. It has an A-list cast who give the film some value and instead of concentrating on science, this film always tries to build some form of Alien mystery that simply falls flat. And for visual effects, most of them are mediocre and they don't provide VFX whenever it's really needed. However, the film has some stationary effects that add to it's value, mostly that of planets and their terrains. The found footage format seems unnecessary as it could have been more interesting if the audience were shown something visually striking.

Steven L (nl) wrote: Don't go looking for a plot. Instead, embrace this variety of stories from Chengdu, China, residents (real and imagined). In a world where we learn life lessons from "Humans of New York" and TED Talks, the experiences of the film's characters have mass appeal and poignancy.

Jesse W (mx) wrote: With flowing animation, breathtaking visuals, amazing voice acting, and a story that will hypnotize you, How To Train Your Dragon is my favorite animated movie of the 21st century. It is different from the book in almost every conceivable way, but it's far better. I read the series as a child, and I can honestly say this movie is superior to its novel counterpart.

David G (nl) wrote: A frustrating, cloy sibling rivarly comedy with 2 brothers reviving a silly competition of wills to find out "who's #1". From Jay & Mark Duplass I was hoping for something better than the obvious "winner in life" outcome that felt soft. The events are general sporting, the actors just okay but very little wit or genuine emotion in this one (odd from the folks who did "Baghead", "Cyrus" or "Jeff, Who Lives At Home" - here, the minimialist approach sinks the production into a long 76 minute ordeal

Jacob T (fr) wrote: This movie is awful. And it is not funny at all. Scary movie 2 is better and that movie stinks. Scary movie 3 is better and that movie stinks. Scary movie 4 is better and that movie stinks. Scary movie 5 is better and that movie stinks. This is one of the worst comedy movies ever. Do not see it.

Bradley P (fr) wrote: Mehta has an interesting view into the mind of a very young widow, trying to accept the life she is now living. The criticism being made here is at times straining because of the timeline discrepancies, but the film makes a strong and compelling argument and story.
