Beryl M (kr) wrote: Take no notice of the critics - everyone I know who have seen it have loved it for the cinematography, acting and being true to the book.

BUENISIMA

TeeJay P (br) wrote: Is Jim related to Ken?This is very Kitchen Sink, and painful to watch at times. It pieces the fragmented stories together brilliantly and weaves across multiple sub-plots with professionalism.

Pavan R (br) wrote: Superb crime thriller. Superb acting put together with very good direction and editing.

Japhordan C (de) wrote: I'm glad I watched this. I like Kevin Bacon and this director knows how to do suspense. Stir of Echoes is one mysterious creeper that works for those reasons. Worth watching. I like the roles Bacon goes for.

Raji K (us) wrote: Basic Instinct opens with a grisly murder and the lead detective (Michael Douglas) has no choice but to suspect an author who wrote about the exact murder scenario (Sharon Stone). Sexual tension arises between the two, and the confusing pasts between both of them murky the waters in this erotic suspense film. Sharon Stone was a good lead and shows off her fantastic body, and Michael Douglas plays his typical role. Basic Instinct was not a fantastic movie, but a solid thriller that brings you more in for the sexual components rather then the murder mystery.

Ryan G (fr) wrote: Steve Martin at his comedic peak and enjoyable even if the storyline is somewhat bland and predictable.

Jonathan P (ca) wrote: Tim is a odd story of a mentally challenged young man (played wonderfully by Mel Gibson) and an older woman who fall in love amid personal and family crisis. Mel Gibson shines in one of his earliest roles as the love seeking mentally challenged young man. It is easy to say shades of what was to come as Gibson gives a heartfelt believable performance in his quest to find love with the motherly Piper Laurie. Tim isn't a great film but the opportunity to see a young Aussie actor who would soon become a star give a real performance for love of the craft and not money is more than enough reason to seek out Tim.

Jeff B (jp) wrote: Man, Fritz Lang made quite the film considering it was made in 1922. An excellent portrayal of the classic villain manipulating the hero and toying with all of his victims, this was way ahead of its time. Rudolf Klein-Rogge was awesome as Dr. Mabuse, using all of the different disguises and his Jedi mind tricks to drive people crazy and get them into trouble. The score was great, especially the fast moments when it really added to the suspense, particularly the opening with the stock market scam and the ending with the chase. Sure, at 4 1/2 hours it's a bit long, but it's a lot of fun. I loved the ending as well. Glad I finally saw this, I'm looking forward to checking the other ones out.

David J (es) wrote: Love, Rosie glosses over the struggles a "baby momma" has to undertake and is extremely predictable, but the intended overly-cheerful tone still ended up winning me over. Lily Collins and Sam Claflin both didn't blow me away, but they had some chemistry and they did a decent enough job acting. The film was extremely funny even for Rom-Com standards, and it is an ideal choice for casual light-hearted viewing.

Keith P (de) wrote: I don't watch a lot of Richard Moll films, but it seems in any film he tries his best not 2 look as well as sound like Bull Shannon on "Night Court." As for the movie itself, the notion of the villain placing the hero into numerous mini-games & tasks allows for ADHD editing. Having a TEAM of directors only works in "Four Rooms," which wasn't better than many films but better than "The Dungeonmaster." & you know something's wrong when the plot looks remarkably similar to "Stay Tuned" starring Jack Tripper & Mindy.
