Garry S (nl) wrote: The film started a bit slowly & the initial scenes inside the apartment were boring.. I was using my mouse to advance the film, but it became more interesting as the film progressed. Watching Jay Thomas & especially Ron Canada (my generation of actors) was a real treat. If Ron were a real scientist, he'd have me believing anything. The film leaves one thinking about the possibilities of predicting the future & whether one's "need to know" outweighs the consequences of such knowledge. The film made me think of Roswell & what would happen in people's lives & how they'd react if evidence was revealed to the public that aliens in a UFO did crash in NM. Overall, I give the film a B+.

Luke R (kr) wrote: Not knowing what to expect from this one, I have to say that 'Battle in Seattle' was quite an emotional and moving film. It's a 2007 film, about events that unfolded in Seatle in 1999 and surrounds the protests of thousands of people against the World Trade Organisation (WTO) as they were holding a meeting there. What follows focuses on a group of protesters (starring Woody Harrelson and Charlize Theron to name a few) leading a peaceful protest that turned into anything but. This is not your standard flick and there are some quite moving and sad scenes throughout so be prepared.I enjoyed this movie much more than I would have thought going in and it kept my attention the whole way.Recommended if it sounds like your thing.
Dommage.

Griffin B (gb) wrote: Good solid teen sex comedy. Quite funny in parts and actually has a good message. The serious/romantic parts are really obvious, and kinda corny, but they're sweet. The only thing I really didn't like about this movie was Fall Out Boy.
