Great thriller about a mass murderer and how it became one of the hardest cases, driving people insane, which the movie portrays perfectly, the pacing feels a bit choppy at times but the great script and performances compensate it, making a great mystery solving thrilling movie that always keeps you at the edge of your seat

Perhaps you can save yourself a couple of hours and a boat load of brain cells by avoiding this one. oops I gave away the ending. . . Any sacrifice the characters may have gone through was completely moot by the end since the mad cow disease finally ended it all. The ending is beyond ridiculous. The movie was rather yawn-worthy. A terrible rip-off of Birds

I look forward to checking out the rest of Denis' work. I know I've been light on plot details, but these are just my gut reactions. Ultimately, I believe the film is optimistic, showing that we sometimes get too tied down by daily routine to notice the beautiful in life. I've an avid people-watcher, and Denis captures this element perfectly as we follow one character's escapades through just one "typical" night. The cinematography is breathtaking. Only this time, she adds touches of surrealism that are playful and ultimately, liberating. Once again, Denis portrays a character trapped and suffocated by their environment. With that being said, I was even more impressed with Friday Night. Beau Travail was a masterpiece, a perfect dissection of the male ego and examination of the dehumanization in an extreme-military environment. After watching Beau Travail and Friday Night, it is clear that Claire Denis is one of the most talented filmmakers working today, period

Pour les fans du duo principal seulement. Dur a evaluer.

The accent is on the scenery instead of dialogues and it's refreshing to see that. It's a silent story about a desolated siblings' horror

Talk about a hostile town

A bit clich (C), and sometimes oddly childish, but the music and serious moments give it an otherearthly mystical feel that will leave most family friendly viewers satisfied. An interesting movie, with lots of points taken from the works of Steven Spielberg, mixed with the new founded rave for found footage

Maybe it's just the hilarious title 'translation' but I enjoyed it
