(ru) wrote: Some of the worst special effects in the history of movies. This movie is a joke. Horrible acting, cheesy super fake stunts and makeup that's scary because of how pathetic it is. Honestly the worst movie I've seen in ages, I'm glad I only rented it.
(kr) wrote: One of the most poorly-written and poorly-acted movies I've ever seen. Only John Krasinski is good in this.

(br) wrote: A solid disaster film that cuts to the chase and delivers the thrills with top notch fx to carry it out along with a likable cast albeit undercooked to follow through the tense obstacles for survival. It is unfortunate that the box office returns paralleled the I'll fated cruise ship.
(us) wrote: About as unreservedly anti-war as you can get. Terrible acting, poor casting as just about none of them convinced as soldiers. There were a couple of tense scenes at best but this was horrible clich stuff like the officer class being incompetent and brave privates suddenly losing their professionalism and becoming disillusioned. The whole thing was far from credible. Just all round poor. Only positives are that it was fairly well shot.
