The Christians, who do not recognize his divinity, are a thorn in his side and he is having them cruelly persecuted. The small village in Asia Minor to which the aged apostle John has withdrawn is also attacked by Roman soldiers.

Brian C (jp) wrote: So-so story, but the sub par character designs and voice acting really put me off. Not much else to say.

Ahmed B (ca) wrote: A welcome restart to the "Mission Impossible" movie series.

Ron G (jp) wrote: I watched on Amazon Prime and couldn't take my eyes off the screen. At several points I had to remember to breath.

Daniel P (ca) wrote: Even though it's clearly filmed on a low budget and the acting is a bit iffy, the story behind Amnesia remains gripping and engrossing stuff. I find it fascinating that someone who has lost the memory of themselves and any people they might know can still be aware of their sexuality, and I'm sure this is more proof (not that I think proof was ever needed) that one does not and cannot *choose* their sexuality. The reasons behind James' amnesia are both moving and believable and the film's open-ended 'conclusion' is perfectly pitched. A powerful film.

Ray S (it) wrote: This is one of the most powerful and emotional documentaries I've ever seen. Maybe the most powerful.

Jennifer F (gb) wrote: Great story, great setting, and the perfect cast.

Lanfranco C (de) wrote: Intimistic and tender.

Brian M (ru) wrote: I can't stand Elmo..yes my kids love him but he is, for me, a typical child brat.. This movie Elmo is granted a wish in which he wants it to be Christmas every day.. sadness follows as people don't work, stores don't open, Christmas trees are extinct, Snuffy never comes back to Sesame Street because he is forever on vacation...you get the idea.. Elmo of course sees the error of his ways and makes things right.. I guess because i grew up with a Elmo-less Sesame Street i have never warmed to the character although i do think Kevin Clash does a fantastic job! I've always been a Count Von Count fan..

david s (nl) wrote: Entertaining but undemanding, trivial and unoriginal. But funny in parts, in a 'pythonesque' surprisingly original way. Easy-viewing for flights.

Callum M (mx) wrote: Indeed an underrated movie but for all the right reasons. There is nothing memorable about this outing although Rourke & Shakur both give great performances.

Kyle K (au) wrote: surprisingly good and entertaining.

Mark D (kr) wrote: British stiff-upper-lip war film. Great actors, good story. A 50's British war film that would have been played to an audience of war veterans, so it had to be good.

Lane Z (ag) wrote: This movie, like The Big Lebowski, is a film I've seen countless times. Every single time I see it it gets infinitely funnier. Dynamite! Dynamite! What an expert take on blaxsplotation. Not too much needs to be said about this film other than Michael Jai White fits the role perfectly. See it if you have a soul.

Manolo P (mx) wrote: Hotel Rwanda is one of the most comprehensive and accurate ways we can understand the attitude of a couple of people in the face of the disaster, in which Paul Rusesabagina (Don Cheadle) lived the massacre of hundreds of thousands of civilians, including relatives, friends, neighbors and colleagues on account of the racial conflicts between the Tutsi and Hutu ethnic groups in 1994 in Rwanda. A magnificent story that stands out for the incredible character and humanism of its main cast before what could be the worst nightmare anyone could live.A truly inspiring film from which to learn, albeit a little to be more aware of the events that today shake so many countries in the international community and those are conflicts that still do not end and from which we choose to ignore. Terry George efface the typical cliches of the war and focuses on few characters and their work. Without great effects, it is possible to consolidate a film that studies the psychological character of humans and their racial and ideological conceptions that on a collective plane result in unimaginable facts. The way in which Cheadle protected his family, in addition to the hundreds of children and elders he guarded at the Hotel Mille Collines is an act that no one could do; He risked his life at all times."The world ignored Rwanda when we really needed it. Unfortunately, even now the world is still ignoring us" - real Paul Rusesabagina. 93/100

Tara H (us) wrote: An old-fashioned fantasy adventure with Jodie Foster and Abigail Breslin, both brilliant as always.

Luna X (au) wrote: I don't understand the negativity to this movie. this movie was new and well put together. it talks about the real things of parenthood and how some p rents do want to have kids but just can't and so they adopt. this movie shows what parent should be. the reason you probably think it's odd because it's new, odd and different things intrest us humans, this movie was gorgeous
