Pavandeep S (jp) wrote: I liked this film. It was fun and had a lot of fun action. It involved use of guns which is rare in Korean films and had a very tight and neurotic storyline involving betrayal and mistrust all across the board.

Joshua E (nl) wrote: Good makeup effects. Horrible acting. Too much shaky camera footage. Bad lighting. Weak script.Nice to see recently "dead/undead" zombies are quite fast. Don't waste your time.

Tanveer A (jp) wrote: it is so disturbing i could not finish it! i cant watch a 13 years old girl get sexually aboused by prcatcially everyone and call it an eye opener!

Jim H (ru) wrote: An emotionally unavailable man and his wife take a road trip to visit his father, along the way picking up his hippie emotionally unavailable brother.Guess what this film is about. You got it: emotional unavailability. Normally I have a high tolerance for douchey characters as long as they're interesting. Josh and Rhett are douchey and uninteresting. Throughout the film it's hard to sympathize with them, and in the third act argument between Josh and Emily, the film is unfair to her: it's clear that she meant that she deserved better than the way he was treating her, not that she deserved better than him. It's bad writing. The performances are mostly good; I don't think Mark Duplass could have done more with the character he wrote for himself.Overall, this isn't a very complex or intelligently written film.

Dominic D (mx) wrote: This is a painfully real portrait of late-stage alcoholism. Albert Finney puts on a Master class of acting, never going for the *big* moment, always staying within the character. Friends and family are fascinating, as they all know and love him, and his condition remains largely unspoken. Do they know he will die? This is a sad movie where some people try to help, some people enable his dependency, and all are helpless.

Dorianator F (ru) wrote: Pretty entertaining movie. A bit predictable, but it's a pretty tragic, yet lovely movie. Good acting and good writing. Greatly directed.

Luke D (kr) wrote: Michael Curtiz (Casablanca) directing. James Cagney and Humphrey Bogart starring. This movie is too good and very underappreciated.

Penni F (ru) wrote: With only four characters throughout this movie, it was like watching a play that was filmed. The lighting is dark, but I am sure the intent was for mood purposes. With twists and turns, the truth about the death of Patrick's parents is revealed. The ending was strange to me. This was the first movie I saw where Joe Lando swears. I was so used to the sweetness and politeness of Sully in Dr Quinn, that it was almost shocking. LOL To each his own taste in movies. I actually thought it was good.

Keaton E (ca) wrote: Led by an intriguing premise and strong performances from Matthew Broderick and Ally Sheedy, WarGames is a unevenly paced but tense thriller.
