Ben T (es) wrote: Jeepers Creepers is one of those cult horror movies that might not be that good but is still liked. In my opinion Jeepers Creepers is actually a good movie. This is just a really entertaining and to be honest quite fun film. The film stars Justin Long and Gina Philips who are both quite good. They have really good chemistry with each other which is essential for this film. The rest of the acting is all over the place but our leads are really good. This film is quite well directed by Victor Salva, there's a lot of tension in the first half of this film. The scene in the underground of the church is very well directed and quite disturbing and in my opinion while Salva might be a controversial person he still did a good job directing this film. The writing here is pretty good to be honest, the lines at the start are good yet I feel as the film goes on it gets sillier and sillier. There isn't really a lot to say about this film as it's pretty simple. But the second half is what really lets the film down as to be honest the reveal of the Creeper is very silly and underwhelming. Also the second half isn't as good as the first half. However this film has a creepy ending and is quite a well made film. This film is far from perfect and has problems which stops it from being really good. This is a tense, well made and well acted and well directed film that ends up as quite silly and has a dissapointing ending. B

Richard D (de) wrote: Here's a film that's really a lot better than you have any right to expect it to be. At heart, it's just a blaxploitation spin on Dracula, borrowing a lot of elements of different adaptations and setting it (mostly) in modern times. This is a really solid exploitation flick. The cast does some really good work here. William Marshall in particular provides a lot of gravity and substance in the title role.

Ekene O (gb) wrote: Grade: C-. A step down from the original. It had a plot, but not a good one. For the most part the only good thing about this film is seeing Blade return and doing what he does best. (Murdering).

Elise P (kr) wrote: Not what I was expecting. This is a great film, it isn't gratuitous. Great performances and good plot twists.

Roger M (es) wrote: Good, funny film (now on blu-ray) The costumes and much of the set came from the Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton film of the same year;
