chris w (au) wrote: horrible movie. Kristen Stewart has to be one of the most painful actresses to watch. Every moment she is kn screen, made me get that much closer to turning it off, which I did.

Steven L (es) wrote: Beautifully and starkly shot, this film about isolation and generational differences keeps the viewer tightly wound without all the sound and special effects of other modern thrillers. Two simple decisions, one from each character, start a chain reaction of events that eventually lead the script a little too far astray. But the point is still clear: misunderstandings can lead to fear, which can lead us to do some pretty stupid and messed up things. And it all starts from a omission of information.

Matt M (nl) wrote: Mehta in his feature film directorial debut shows a great maturity in bringing this compelling and touching story to life and in juxtaposing the harsh realities of the Indian working class with the sinister machinations of the rich, whilst also carrying the message that ignorance really is bliss which might frustrate some viewers particularly in its ending. Nevertheless, this is a great drama of human nature and human warmth, touching and gripping from start to end.

Tim R (us) wrote: By modern Family Guy standards. ( Post season 3) it's got a better plot than most recent episodes. It has too be remembered that this was a turning point for the franchise, some characters swore uncensored for the first time and the jokes were edgier than usual. It could be argued that this movie was the start of the decline in quality, only that it is super quality material, on par with some road too episodes. The plot is clever with a few twists and turns and the film hardly dwindles. If you like Family Guy now you will love this feature length outing. This was the beginning of the most popular seasons of Family Guy and is very clever and witty. Just don't expect any overly cinematic moments.

Jamie C (kr) wrote: A very dark entry to the Harry Potter films, I enjoyed it just as much as the others, I just thought it could of been a little better in places as not allot really happens, And there is very little humour as the whole tone is very serious and the plot may be hard for some children to follow.

Troy F (au) wrote: A simple movie that thrives well off of its thrilling moments of a train on the loose, but mostly works thanks to its strong performances from Jon Voight and Eric Roberts.

Codie E (ag) wrote: Odd to see a film so frank in its depiction of teenage exploration and lust. It certainly is rough around the edges but has to be admired for predating the likes of Bernardo Bertolucci's The Dreamers by more than 30 years.

Scott M (ca) wrote: Oscar Isaac was spectacular as the weird brilliant loner. I did enjoy this movie but felt it could have done better. The robot models were all dull and all of the nudity was not sexy. They needed to develop Ava's character more.
