Emilio G (ru) wrote: ..... (speechless)..... terrific movie

Hsiao Ling P (es) wrote: Made me cringe. It's really that bad. For me.

Brick Flin H (br) wrote: Such a powerful film that tells about forgiveness.

Kendall I (es) wrote: This movie is exactly as I expected it to be:a gritty, zombie horror with deadpan plot. The acting wasn't all that bad as I was expecting (it was better than Secrets of the Clown). I loved the soundtrack to this,it was pretty rockin'! But overall,it's one of those low-budget zombie flicks you might catch on Sci-Fi. An ok zombie flick.

Kevin G (de) wrote: Not bad. Not great. Doesn't deserve a 19% though.

Aaron G (us) wrote: Sometimes hard to watch... which I guess is the point.

Steve H (ag) wrote: Swordplay in the classic style. Great fun. Watched it 4 times then my old vhs tape gave up the ghost and snapped. Daniel Auteuil is a great actor.....so versatile.....'Harry' in 'The Eighth Day' and 'Ugolin' in 'Jean de Florette'. In 'Le Bossu' he ends up holding the baby.....and there's a hunchback in it (again). Very good film if you like The Three Musketeer type movie.....french style.

Rick P (gb) wrote: Perhaps it's not entirely fair for me to review this movie since I walked out in disgust about halfway through and came back only for the last ten minutes. But I agree with Dennis Cooper: The literal interpretation of his book makes the film an entirely predictable exploitation flick - in terms of narrative and in the amateurish way it's all presented - instead of a compelling and artful auto-interrogation of fucked-up desire. The most damage done is by director Todd Verow's inability to transpose the colloquial first-person of the book into something that makes sense for a movie. At this point in his career, he doesn't have the skills to pull it off, which results in a decision to make the serial killing explicitly real. I suppose Verow thinks that makes his movie more transgressive than Cooper's book which only tells me he didn't understand the book in the first place. Verow can be a creative and entertaining filmmaker - his Once and Future Queen is a scream; and Anonymous showed promise - but Frisk is dull and obvious, and only a half-star away from being complete garbage.

Anthony G (us) wrote: horrible, but worth watching to see leslie nielsen freak out and beat an old woman, try to rape a girl, and wrestle a bear within 5 minutes

Ale L (ru) wrote: That was just freaking awesome. It really is. Yeah, it has the usual mishaps like lame scenes and bad writing, but... holy smokes! It was thrilling on a levels with loads of horror, suspense, mystery, romance, and action!

Bruce B (it) wrote: Not a Bad Black & White Film, pretty good acting, and good story line. Maryln Monroe wasn't the main star in this one. It was enjoyable, and fun. Its always cool to see the prices of things back in the day, Like 2 Big Cans of Tomatoes for 35 cents, and rent for 65 dollars, and a plumber charging $3.50 hr for labor. But hey whats to complain about this morning gas was $1.99. This is a Sunday Night Movie, its clean

Justin R (br) wrote: The 2nd "Road to" movie takes Bob and Bing to the wild of Africa once again with Dorothy Lamour. The first movie seemed like the better one

Charlie G (fr) wrote: Interesting blend of computer graphics and reality set on an amazing stage. Acting was a little corny.
